Find 3-Star Hotels in Yerevan

The hotel is located in a residential area, and taxis can only stop at the entrance of the alley and cannot go in. You have to carry your luggage and walk about 150 meters to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is average (standard for a guesthouse). It is convenient to get around, and the Grand Staircase Republic Square pedestrian shopping street is within a 20-minute walk.

This hotel is located right in the city center. Step out and turn left, and you're on a long pedestrian street. The surrounding area is very vibrant and bustling. Most major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and bright, with a very standard Ibis style. The service was good, and I was able to book a day trip right at the front desk. Since I arrived in the afternoon, I could book a tour for the very next day, which was super convenient. The price was also very affordable, only $36.

The best hotel in the city center, hands down. The front desk staff are wonderful, and the management is top-notch. David was incredibly helpful 🤍, always responding to my requests with genuine care. The breakfast is fantastic; they have everything you need, and the products are excellent and super fresh – truly the best breakfast in Yerevan 🙏. Hospitality here isn't just a word, it's a genuine experience 🫶.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay  here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast. The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

A cozy hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. From my window, I could see Mount Ararat during the day and Yerevan lit up at night. To get here from the city center on foot, you need to go up the Cascade (you can take the escalator inside), walk through the park, and then a little further up the street. There's a small pool, but it's only open in the summer :)

Good location, only 5 minutes away from the City centre. 24/7 shop is close as well. Very nice staff, checked out at 12:00, left my luggage until 9-10 p.m. Breakfast was solid as well.

Perfect Stay for Solo Female Travelers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at the Alem Hotel in Yerevan and highly recommend it, especially for solo female travelers! The hotel feels very safe, welcoming, and secure. One of the best things is its location. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. It is situated just outside the noisy center, so you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet night's sleep while still having easy access to the city. The property is exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. As a lovely bonus, you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping around the area, which adds a wonderful nature vibe to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel with new renovations. The room was cozy and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!
