Find 3-Star Hotels in Yerevan

The hotel was very comfortable, huge rooms, cleaning every day (changed towels and even disposable slippers and toothbrushes!!! added tea bags and). The 24-hour resepshne, friendly and very kind staff (we had a night departure and the day before we gave breakfast with us). A beautiful, diverse breakfast - the Swedish table, changed every day (there were cashy, sweat, purée, boilers, type of pizza, cuts, tortoise, cream, yogurt, biscuits, fruits, tea, coffee). To the city center is quite far, but we used a taxi every day (go to minutes 15-20 depending on the traffic), works Yandex-go, pay card world (binding Yandex), at the cost - from 200-500 depending on time, machines and traffic. We liked everything!

Not bad, and the location is super convenient! LOL, there are people from all over the world, and they're all very friendly. You can basically walk to most of the city's attractions, and it's right next to Republic Square.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

The studio is very good for couples—comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The amenities are complete and well maintained. We also received welcome food, which was very delicious and a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets. Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel in price-quality is optimal. Close to the airport. Near the park and shops. In the room is a slippery teapot. The window opens. Minus - there is no elevator, but I am not critical. The more luggage helped deliver. There are swingers for adults near the hotel very convenient.

Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные. И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

Pros: 1) large area 2) amazing view from the window 3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air. Minuses: 1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom 2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel 3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa. 4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center of everything—close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The only other downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Despite these issues, the location is definitely a highlight.

If you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars.

The place was nice and clean. It is a bit out of the way, kind of between downtown and the airport, so I wasn't aware of much to do nearby. The wi-fi signal wasn't strong to my room, but I had no problems streaming videos. What I didn't like is the curtains don't block the light from outside and there was a bright light outside all night. There is also a hallway light on all night and the room door had some non-transparent glass that let the hall light in. Bring an eye mask if that bothers you.
