"Good location.. nice amenities.. kept clean.. The issue I faced was this.. the next bunk bed upper bed guy complained about packing my bags at 10 am in the morning.. that I am disturbing his sleep.. Mandatory house rules should include people in a Dormitory style MUST NOT COMPLAIN normal activities during normal daytime hours. If one wants to sleep at 10 am in the morning and no one should do anything while that guy is sleeping he should either go to an individual room hotel or put earplugs and sleep all day.. no one would ever cate"

"The hotel is in a good location near the very center of Yerevan - our windows overlooked the park and the Ministry of Justice. Triple 311 is quite acceptable in size for a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old child). The staff is very friendly, answered all questions. We did not take breakfast, because there are many options in cafes and restaurants around."

"Excellent budget hotel – highly recommended! Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated. We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding. The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes. The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable. The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!"

"Overall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries. In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options. I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted. And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it. To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. "We have never been treated so well in any hotel in the world. Service 10/10. Very respectful attitude, it's embarrassing. They offer to call a taxi, give you water for the road, if you go to a nearby restaurant and it's raining outside, they'll even give you an umbrella for the evening. Breakfast has everything you need. The only thing is that the mattress is not a double, but two singles, they move apart, but that's been the case in all hotels lately, so it doesn't matter."

"A very good hotel in the very center of Yerevan, within walking distance of all the main sights and restaurants. There are plenty of shops and currency exchange offices nearby. Huge, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts with a good selection. The only things I didn't like were: the hotel doesn't provide disposable slippers; you'll have to bring your own. The hotel also doesn't provide toothbrushes; you'll have to bring your own or buy them from a nearby store. I'd also like breakfast to start at 7:00 AM instead of 7:30 AM, as local travel agencies have excursions that start very early, so you'll need to have breakfast a little earlier. On the last day of our stay, we noticed an unpleasant sewer smell. This may have been due to someone checking into the room next door that day. We could hear the neighbor talking loudly through the wall. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotel in price-quality is optimal. Close to the airport. Near the park and shops. In the room is a slippery teapot. The window opens. Minus - there is no elevator, but I am not critical. The more luggage helped deliver. There are swingers for adults near the hotel very convenient."
