"The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!"

"Our first visit to Yerevan was a success, in no small part thanks to the wonderful discovery of these apartments. It's hard to beat this. If you're looking for a place to stay, you've found it. The location is 100 out of 100. Almost everything you'll want to see in Yerevan is within a few minutes' leisurely walk. Northern Avenue is around the corner, and a little further on, Republic Square is on one side and Freedom Square on the other. You can wake up early in the morning and go to the Cascade to admire the view of Mount Ararat and the city at sunrise, and in the evening, catch a musical fountain performance. Visit Vernissage during the day. Go to the market and buy the freshest, most delicious food, especially since there's a refrigerator for storing it. Two shops with a wide selection are nearby. The apartment has an induction stove, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils. And if you don't feel like cooking, the famous Tun Lahmajo and Lavash are just a few minutes away. Or walk a short distance along Northern Avenue and choose a cafe to your liking. The building itself, where the apartments are located, is relatively new. There's security and underground parking (for a fee), which is very convenient if you're driving. If you don't plan on driving, there are free spaces nearby, which are available early in the morning. You can park there for free. However, finding a free space in the evening can be difficult. The apartments themselves are new, everything is clean and fresh. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our first visit to Yerevan. We hope to visit this hospitable and beautiful city again soon. P.S. "I chose accommodation in a row and met new friends here. The house is Iranian, and the residents are more Iranian, so I met my friends in Iran for the first time! They were very friendly to me and invited me to drink Iranian tea, which was delicious!"

"I rarely leave hotel reviews on platforms, but this time I was on a business trip to Armenia alone and this hotel was cheap. When I arrived, it was a bit hard to find; it's a little to the right of the pin, down a slope, and then you'll find the front desk. I booked a king-sized bed, and the room was clean and newly renovated. There was a very slight smell, but it was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was clean and sparkling new. Pretty good! Breakfast was decent, at least enough to fill you up. The value for money is amazing, guys. It's about a ten-minute taxi ride to the city center, so it's close. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely stay at this place again, my friend."

"A new hotel with clean and stylish rooms, very polite staff, helped us make a tour route and answered all questions, not just by the hotel. A convenient location in the center, near the parking and shop, the city was walking only. Not taking breakfast, since when we booked them wasn 't yet, but they looked very appetite"
