"Exceptional value for money with great staff
I had a wonderful stay here. The standout feature is definitely the staff—the front desk team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. For the price point, the facilities are exceptional and hard to beat.
There are a few minor points to note: the building doesn't have an elevator, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings. Also, you can sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, these were minor issues and didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, it’s an amazing budget-friendly option and I highly recommend it."

"We booked for 2 days, we liked everything so much that we decided to extend for another 2 days. The administrator Suzanna is a very warm girl, it was nice to talk to her. The location is excellent, two minutes away from the 24-hour shopping center Yerevan. The only inconvenience was that there was a construction site outside the window. But this is temporary, it did not bother us, since we were not in the room most of the time"

AAnnaОтличное место, чтобы переночевать ночь и дождаться самолёта, рядом гипермаркет, но не принимают российские карты, есть обменный пункт, в номере и в отеле чисто, большая комната общая для женщин, кроме меня никого не было, впечатление испортила только погода было +50 на улице, не возможно было выйти погулять, но в номере отличный кондиционер, душевые просторные, и несколько санцузлов на этаж, рекомендую этот отель и для длительного проживания и на одну ночь, есть кухня и холодильник, можно приготовить себе еду

Common places need clining, but when so many unusual interesting people, foreigners (American, Chinese, Armenian from Sochi, dictator, etc) and evenings stop being boring and cleanliness and other things no longer matter ! GGuest UserI liked the hotel and the service staff ! Very pleasant girls and guy on the respiratory , help everything they can . The hotel is new (he is about 3 years old), so the repair is fresh, new . This hotel will not give 2 stars , it is necessary to give more . All the hotel needs is a fen, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, teapot in the room, tug (on request), wi-fi in room 6 - weak in the room where the bed is closer to the opposite wall - normal , but the best on the 1st floor I so I understand there is a beautiful wi-fi (there are rooms too). You can order coffee for 30 dramas , yes , 30, not 300))
Hotel definitely recommend 👍 I paid 2600 per night, lived 5 days. From the center on foot 40-50, by taxi 10 min. (Rubley 250-350 depending on the day time). Metro is 10 min walking, you can drive to the center (like 100 drams).

GGuest UserPerfect location in center of yereven easy access to most of the place to travel even by walk .Good accommodation with friendly staff .They don't refuse when you ask for any help they are always helpful and I recommend as one of the very good place to choose for tourist.
