"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."

"The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place."

"Excellent hotel, good location, responsive staff. They went with a friend to Yerevan for 6 days, considered budget options, as the journey was spontaneous, and the budget was relatively limited accordingly. Stop on Menua. The area at the hotel is not too picturesque, around the bus and construction shops, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy in the walk. First we were settled in a room on the first floor, but as it was different from the room we booked on trip.com, we changed it to a room on the 3rd floor without problems. The rooms are clean, there are all facilities, including sets with one-time toothbrushes, the only thing I didn't have - rubbish in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel, which is important for those who like to walk on their two whole days :) To the center by taxi to go about 7-10 min, if there is no traffic jams. When leaving the hotel, we were asked to leave things in the room next to the receptors, which is very convenient given our late departure. The hotel will suit people who do not seek luxury, consider a comfortable option on money and location. If you are important to the picturesque territory around and walking to the main streets with institutions, I would recommend looking at a less budget option. If I go to Yerevan again, I will first consider this hotel, thank you ❤️"

"Hotel liked. Very successful location, in the center. Good breakfast, pleasant and kindly woman in charge of breakfast caring and tidings about food. Welcome staff at the respiratory, ready to help everything. For me there was not a very convenient mattress and pillow, but when dealing with the respiratory, no problems changed the pillows. Ask for the pillow and glasses, too gave without problems. We were confused by the complex system of turning on the TV, we have not mastered it in 3 days. Hotel recommends. I'd be happy to stay in it if I still come to Yerevan."

"Excellent location – 5 minutes to the main square. Great price, approximately 6000 RUB/night for a double room from April 30, 2026, to May 1, 2026. The buffet breakfast offers below-average quality products: deli meats and sausages are low-grade, and the cheese is very basic. However, there are hot dishes like eggs and buckwheat. If you're staying for one night or need a budget-friendly option in the city center, this is a good choice for you. By the way, excellent coffee is available 24/7."

"Location near central railway station, will take you approximately 30 mintes to walk to the cily center. Very comfortable bed, good reception. Recommended both if you are on business or for leisure in the city"

"It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind."

"The hotel's biggest downside is the lack of soundproofing. While street noise tends to die down late in the evening, you can forget about getting any rest when neighbors come back to their rooms at 4 AM. Another issue is the door locks. If you hold the door open, it doesn't always close properly because the deadbolt engages prematurely (which is hard to notice once you've entered the room!). The result is a constant banging noise throughout the corridor, and judging by the sounds, this seems to be a systemic problem across all rooms."

"Gorgeous apartment in the center of Yerevan! Spacious, clean, large bed, and a kitchen. Though I didn't cook. Before checking in, make sure to WhatsApp or call the host so they can send you the key code and your apartment number."
