Prague Hotels with Jacuzzi

"It was a very cute hotel! It's a hotel that girls would like. The front desk staff was cheerful and the breakfast was delicious! However, the hair dryer was weak and the air conditioning didn't work (it wasn't that cold the day I stayed, so I was fine without the air conditioning). I think it was about a 20-minute walk to the old town. I used the train! It was about a 15-20-minute walk to Prague Central Station, so it was relatively close to the main tourist sites and the station!"

"It was decent, but nothing special – didn't quite live up to its ranking. Even with a reservation, you can't just drive into the parking lot; you have to go to the front desk first to check in and get a remote control. Parking near the entrance isn't very convenient. While the breakfast had variety, the quality was just average, with too many sweet options, and the restaurant staff seemed undertrained. Overall, the experience was pretty mediocre. On the bright side, the front desk service was excellent, and you could grab toiletries and bottled water whenever you needed. The hotel's location is good, just a 15-minute walk to the old town center, and it's not overly crowded with tourists nearby."

"Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to."

"The location is unique, it is more convenient from the old city, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, the staff service quality is high, the management is first-class, and the next time you will stay again."

"Extremely satisfied with the hotel! The room amenities were a cut above what I've seen in other European countries; they even provided a curling iron, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was also spacious, and the L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. There was complimentary iced lemonade in the lobby, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was incredibly diverse! They even had spring rolls, making it the best hotel breakfast a 'Chinese stomach' could ask for in Europe! Overall, I was extremely satisfied."

"The boat is very stable, the place is not very easy to find. Don't cook the house price on the inside, the water is stinky. The Voltava River itself is not very clean, and it is far from the city to drive."

"We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for."

"The family room booked is actually two rooms. The bed is large. The disadvantage is that the sewer is a bit smelly and needs to be improved. I think the location is good, 20 minutes walk to the old town. The nearby Vietnamese pho and arctic chocolate can be praised. The best thing is that malatang can come back from the old town to eat."
