Prague Hotels with Jacuzzi

"It was a very cute hotel! It's a hotel that girls would like. The front desk staff was cheerful and the breakfast was delicious! However, the hair dryer was weak and the air conditioning didn't work (it wasn't that cold the day I stayed, so I was fine without the air conditioning). I think it was about a 20-minute walk to the old town. I used the train! It was about a 15-20-minute walk to Prague Central Station, so it was relatively close to the main tourist sites and the station!"

"Really lovely run hotel, the staff are so friendly and professional. It’s in a great neighbourhood, quiet and safe, surrounded by different cuisine restaurants. Less than ten minute walk to Charles Bridge, 10-15 minute walk to Mustek station. The room itself had lovely The White Company toiletries, pod coffee machine and tea. Free bottle of water when needed. The breakfast is buffet and a very big selection of food. Can get a bit busy between 8-9am. Would be happy to stay there again! Thank you"

"The rooms and location are great, especially the Royal Double Room with a sauna and jacuzzi – very comfortable. However, the hotel manager is very stubborn. I booked an airport transfer, but they weren't attentive. They didn't reply to emails promptly or get in touch in a timely manner. When the pick-up didn't happen, they weren't proactive in resolving the issue. They still charged me 35 euros for the missed transfer and were unreasonable, refusing to let me check in until I paid. From this perspective, it's a bad review. I wouldn't recommend using their airport transfer service. Breakfast was just okay and not great value for money."

"Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to."

"The service was excellent, the food was high-quality, and the bathroom and bathtub facilities were beautiful. Upon taking the elevator up to get my room, I was greeted by a golden scene; the entire experience was luxurious. I'll definitely come again! 👍"

"The location and atmosphere of the hotel were very good and convenient for sightseeing. I couldn't leave my drinks cold because there was no refrigerator, but it is a recommended hotel for those who want to stay in a hotel convenient for sightseeing."

"We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for."
