"Cleanliness: For the area near the pyramids, it was exceptionally good. Environment: You can see the pyramids from the rooftop terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking from a distance. Traffic in Egypt can be quite chaotic, so it gets pretty 'lively' at night. Service: The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive! 👍🏼 Even though the hotel is located down a small alley, they provide a dedicated pick-up and drop-off service."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the Pyramids ticket office. Our room had a direct view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the window. Breakfast on the terrace offered an even better view. The room facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations. The hotel owner and staff were very welcoming."

"The service inside the hotel is perfect from the airport pickup, welcome drink , the bar at the rooftop and the staff here is all very nice. I was staying at the hotel for three days. The first day music on the rooftop was quite loud so I was asked to kindly turn the volume down at least before midnight so that I can sleep. However, the staff turned the music down at 10 PM. And on the next day the music was not too loud. which shows that they really care about their clients. The place around the hotel is quite dirty, but I don't mind since It is the local lifestyle and inside the hotel is really nice and clean. Plus if you wish to go to the pyramid in the early morning with only a 3-5 min walk this would be the place."

"This is the first time in my life I’ve ever written such a long review. But seriously, it was so good and worth every single penny that I just couldn’t help but write about it! Staying here on this trip was a stroke of genius. First off, the location is just insane. As soon as you open the door, the pyramids fill your view right in front of you; I honestly felt like my breath was going to stop. Waking up in the morning and looking out the window at sunset felt like stepping into a movie. But what’s even more amazing is the price. Honestly, with a view like this and this level of service, it feels like it should be much more expensive, but the room rates are incredibly reasonable. It’s the best value for money. And the biggest reason I wanted to write such a long review is because of the staff working here. Seriously, everyone I encountered was sooooo kind. From the moment I entered the lobby until I checked out, and even the housekeeping and restaurant staff, every single one of them was like an angel. They were always smiling brightly and proactively checking to see if I needed anything... I could feel their genuine kindness, and it made my heart feel so warm and happy throughout the entire trip. If you are traveling to this area, don't hesitate to choose a hotel; just go here. It is a perfect place that lacks nothing—view, price, and friendliness. Thanks to you, I had the trip of a lifetime. "I arrived late at night, but they handled it smoothly. The staff was friendly and carried my luggage to my room. The room I was initially assigned to was not cleaned due to some mistake. I reserved a pyramid view room, so there were no other rooms of the same type available, so I was upgraded to a junior suite with a pyramid view. However, the pyramids are not lit up at night, so you can't see them very well. They were lit up on Friday night. I was not able to check on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was neither good nor bad. It was disappointing that the shower turned to water halfway through. They will hold your luggage after you check out, but it was not stored in a storage room, but was placed at the edge of the lobby."

When we mentioned that we wanted to visit the pyramids of Giza, Saqqara, and Dahshur all in one day, Ahmed at the front desk kindly arranged a driver for us immediately. We really appreciated how quickly and smoothly everything was organized. We also shared that we were on our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with beautiful special decorations in our room. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our stay even more memorable. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
