"Environment: We booked a suite. The hotel is located on a quiet street, with a distinctive exterior. There were doormen and bellhops, so it was quiet at night and we slept well. It's not in a remote location in Giza, Cairo. The room was spacious and had a separate living room. The price was reasonable. It seemed to have been recently renovated, and the environment was decent. The bathroom was a bit old, but it didn't affect usability, and the water quality wasn't great. After one night, my family was satisfied and extended our stay for two more nights. Cleanliness: It was acceptable. The bedding was clean, and we rested comfortably. Service: This deserves five stars! The staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionists: Mohamed, Yasmin, Abdelrahman, Hadeer, and Lydia. They were very responsive and proactive in communication, always polite and welcoming. The breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of options. I would stay here again next time I'm in Cairo."

"Booking through Trip.com was excellent and reliable in securing exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this application. The Parmisa El Dokki Hotel itself is excellent, and the management team is wonderful. The location is superb, close to all amenities. A special shout-out to Ms. Seham for her dedication to guest comfort, and to Mr. Ahmed Ayad for his cooperation, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude. Many thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Kamel for his excellent service and responsiveness. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Didn’t stay in the room that was booked. Bedroom wasn’t clean, there was urine on the toilet seat and internet barely worked. Also a lot of appliances ie phone was in the room but didn’t work… good view from roof but got very very hot as there is no shelter or wind protection."

GGuest UserThe Mena House's views and location are truly unbeatable, one of a kind in the world. You can only fully experience the pyramids from sunrise, midday, to sunset by staying here. As night falls, without the pyramid lights, they appear exceptionally serene and mysterious, framed by the hotel's lights and palm trees. This is an experience that simply can't be replicated by just visiting for a quick photo. The hotel also carries immense historical significance. The Cairo Conference was signed here, and photos of the 'Big Three' from that era hang on the walls, full of historical resonance. For me, paying for this unique scenery and historical ambiance was absolutely worth it; I have no regrets. However, frankly speaking, the hotel's amenities, service, and attention to detail absolutely do not match its price (you're paying for the location, not the service). The hairdryer has weak power, leaving my hair dry and frizzy at the ends. The toiletries, especially the toothpaste, are of poor quality, like a product without any brand or quality assurance. There's only one type of pillow, and it's so soft it offers no support whatsoever. After one night, my neck was aching – not what you'd expect from a high-end hotel. The restaurant experience was also terrible: I ordered soup, and it was served without a spoon. I couldn't find one anywhere, and by the time the waiter brought one, the soup was completely cold. The restaurant staff would even specifically ask if everything was satisfactory, but by then, complaining felt pointless, so I could only say 'it's fine.' What was even more unsettling was the fake, superficial service. When I genuinely needed help or efficiency, no one was around. When checking out, my suitcase had spinner wheels and was very easy to push, but a staff member insisted on 'helping' with it, performing this kind of meaningless, superficial gesture. In summary: Staying here means paying for the pyramid views and the historical sentiment, not for comfort and service. Those who value scenery and historical significance might find it acceptable, but anyone seeking genuine service quality and a premium lodging experience will definitely be disappointed.

GGuest UserFacilities: This independent boutique hotel has a full range of amenities. The small elevator requires you to open the door yourself. The ethnic-style decor is very distinctive. There's USB charging, and suites have an extra bathtub. The only minor drawback is the three steps between the bathroom and the bedroom, so you need to be careful when getting up at night. Cleanliness: It hasn't been open long and is still very well-maintained. Environment: The rooms facing the pyramids are indeed pyramid-view rooms, feeling incredibly close. You're practically at the attraction, just past Mena Palace. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could see them very clearly. It's very close to the attractions and museums by taxi, but sometimes it's so close that drivers are less inclined to take the fare. Being in the Giza area, there aren't many dining and shopping options, and there's a lot of construction going on, so it's a bit chaotic outside. However, once inside the hotel, it's fine and relatively quiet. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, where there's also a pool. Service: As a small hotel, the service is exceptionally warm. From the doorman to breakfast, they'll help hail taxis, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval. They freshly prepare ethnic-style dishes for breakfast, offering very personalized service.

SSergei KaratniukIn general, it was nice, but there are nuances. We bought 2 nights, but we planned not to stay the second night, but to go to the airport in the evening. At the evening race, a guy on the resepshen called a few more people. They were 5. And they told us there were no places in the hotel. There is a hotel that is below the floor but the view is not exactly on the pyramid. We started to murmur a little that we would live one night and we need a good view. Such reviews I read a lot in other hotels. But this hotel has not seen such reviews. It was settled for one night in another hotel below the floor with a good view of the pyramids. A whole cake was given as an apology! Thank you. The next day when we arrived in the evening after the tour, we were settled in a purchased room. We stayed in it at 2:00, we were made decorations for the birthday. In general, the situation has a little corrupted mood, but the overall impression is normal. Living in different rooms, all ok

YYifufufuThe hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.

ВВладимир ПавликI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful place with excellent service and an amazing view. The hotel is located on the 19th floor, which makes the scenery even more impressive. The reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They answered all my questions and were very responsive and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a stunning view.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good considering its location. European standards should not be expected. Some rooms are smaller than advertised. Pictures do not always match the selected room. After a friendly complaint, a room change was arranged. The breakfast selection was very extensive. The coffee was very weak.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.
