"The cabin is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and surprisingly, there was a friendly lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese. Taking a morning walk by the lake, watching the geese rise and fall, and breathing in the fresh air was simply wonderful. The staff were also very welcoming; they were always willing to drive you to the front desk. The hotel is quite large."

"The room was new and clean, and the bed and pillows were just right – very comfortable for sleeping. The staff were friendly. However, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which meant the elevator was out of service. Getting to my room involved a long, winding walk, which was quite confusing."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, speaking slowly to accommodate my limited English. The entire hotel was very clean and well-kept. It's a shame I checked in quite late and didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. Even so, I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Whilst the room was clean the interior was shabby with worn out surfaces, the suite itself was quite large whilst the bathroom was ridiculously small hardly any room on the basin surface to put your toiletries, also the layout wasn’t good the bedroom was adjacent to the front door and hallway so you could hear every time someone walked by, you could hear the next door room clearly and in the middle of the night pipes started banging! When I mentioned it to the receptionist she replied the pipes are old sorry, On the plus side the bed was comfortable, if I ever had the opportunity to visit Jasper again I’d stay in a nicer hotel."

"It is 2km away from the town of Jasper, like a resort. If you choose a standard room, like a guest house. Choosing a cabin is really great. The hut has a hob to cook for yourself, with underfloor heating and a fireplace. But driving in after dark is very dangerous. There is no trace of light + roadside stone. It is very dangerous for self-driving, and my car is scratched."

"It is a good hotel near Jasper. The hotel faces the Pyramid Lake and the scenery is beautiful, but the facilities in the house are average. The bath water was not hot that night and it could not be washed into a hot bath. It may be concentrated for use."
