"The location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside the train station, which saved us the hassle of dragging our luggage far to find the hotel or taking public transport with it. Apart from First Mountain, we took the train daily to explore the town, so having the station right outside was incredibly convenient. It's also a 2-minute walk to the Coop supermarket. Our room faced the Eiger, and the view was absolutely stunning. After three nights, I really didn't want to leave!"

"## Environment The location is absolutely stunning, directly facing snow-capped mountains and a picturesque hillside. The view from our room window was simply gorgeous. It's also conveniently located right next to the train station, and you can even watch trains pass through the beautiful scenery. ## Facilities Although the hotel is historic, it's impeccably clean and well-maintained. It beautifully combines classic charm with modern conveniences. Parking is available but costs 25 CHF per day. ## Service Overall, the service was quite good. However, on our second day, housekeeping didn't replenish our complimentary water bottles, seemingly because we hadn't finished the ones from the previous day. When we finished them and called reception for more, we were initially told there would be a charge. After we explained that the water hadn't been refilled during cleaning, they promptly sent some up free of charge. Interestingly, the mini-bar drinks are complimentary. On a lighter note, the cleaning staff accidentally left a cleaning cloth behind, haha! Each of us also received a complimentary voucher for the evening lounge, redeemable for a drink while enjoying live piano music – a really nice touch. The pool was wonderfully empty, but unfortunately, the sauna was out of order that day."

"It's close to the station. The room is warmly furnished and the lighting is very atmospheric. It's amazing at first sight when you open the door! There were few choices for breakfast. I didn’t find any shampoo or shower gel until I took a shower on the first day. However, when we asked about it the next day, a guy at the counter helped us bring it to the room. Thank you!"

"The room was new and cozy. It was quite spacious and had a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the croissants. The location is on a hill, about 950 meters from the train station, which was a bit tiring to walk up with luggage."

"Switzerland is really beautiful to live in Grindelwald. This hotel apartment is generally ordinary, but the scenery is really beautiful. If you want to live in the mountains, you need to choose what traffic is. Going to the center to shop needs to take the bus. It takes only a few minutes to take the bus. If you choose to walk for about 20 minutes, it will be very dry. The hotel can cook things but there is no range hood, so we can do it on the balcony, otherwise the whole room will smell of oily smoke. But watching the beautiful scenery cook and eat is also a special experience. It is worth coming once in a lifetime! But let me go for the second time, I will choose to live in interlaken or Tuen, young people are suitable for going to places with many people, and Greendwa is enough to go back and forth on the same day alone. Staying for 7 days is a bit boring"

"The hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!"
