"First off, I have to say, the hotel's facilities, from the rooms to the gym, are fantastic! The view is also great!
As for the other services, they were absolutely terrible! On the first day, we arrived around 6 PM, and they said there were no rooms available, asking us to wait while they cleaned one and promising to call us back. Nearly two hours passed, and no one contacted us. So, we went to the front desk again, only to find out the room had been ready for a while!!
Secondly, that same evening, I ordered takeout and it didn't come with cutlery. I asked room service if they had chopsticks. They said they had very few and weren't sure if they could find any, but would check. And again, no one ever got back to me! I mean, if I ordered room service from your hotel, wouldn't chopsticks be provided?!
Finally, on the day we checked out, the doorman was completely useless. He neither opened the door for guests nor helped with luggage!
I'm not being picky, but when you choose to stay at an expensive five-star chain hotel, you expect good service. This stay just felt like a waste of money!
The housekeeping staff, however, were all very polite, and that one star goes to them!"
