"I wasn't originally planning to stay at this hotel in Lugu Lake. The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. If any friends come to Lugu Lake in the future, I will undoubtedly recommend they stay here!"

"There are so many B&Bs in Lugu Lake that it’s difficult to choose. After seeing this place in a certain book, I decided, it was really the right place. The boss added me on WeChat two days in advance and told me the details of coming from the airport and picking me up. I was upgraded to a room when I arrived at the hotel, which was very satisfying. Speaking of which, the B&B here is too busy. I was amazed by the small courtyard when I entered. There were all kinds of tents, camping chairs, campers, and a boatload of meat. It's even more amazing when you enter the room. The whole room is smart and very large, with a panoramic view of the lake outside the large glass window. The bedding is comfortable, and yes, there are also nut projections and screens. Just lying on the bed is enough. A major feature here is stargazing. The boss’s brother is an astronomy enthusiast and is very familiar with the stars. Unfortunately, the clouds were too thick this season, so it was hard to catch a sunny day (the moon was super bright)."

It's also very close to Daluoshui Pier, where you can opt for a leisurely boat ride on a pig-trough boat to explore the lake. Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately struck by its incredibly warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was very pleasing, instantly putting us at ease. The owner's decorating style perfectly matched my aesthetic. In the public tea area, or at the hotel lobby's cafe, you can enjoy coffee and drinks with the owner and other guests. The amenities are comprehensive and of high quality. The bedding was exceptionally clean, soft, and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. The hotel is equipped with smart home systems throughout, offering convenience and thoughtful touches. They use deep-sleep zero-memory pillows, down duvets, and very comfortable mattresses. The freshly made rice noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious. The owner was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. We felt right at home and comfortable during our entire stay! We'll definitely be back!"
