"It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire.
The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too."

"I spotted this place on Trip.com and fell in love with its window view at first sight, and it truly is beautiful! It really gave me that 'facing the sea, warm and blossoming' feeling. As soon as I arrived and parked, the staff came to greet me. Even though the little tricycle they use feels very down-to-earth, haha, their attitude was absolutely fantastic!
**Environment:** The room is stunning, like something out of a painting. It's not just me; my friends said the same thing and complimented my booking! Pictures one and five show the hotel's views.
**Cleanliness:** The room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is good.
**Service:** Beyond their excellent attitude, this is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides face masks, steam eye masks, makeup remover wipes, AND a hair straightener! That’s incredibly thoughtful – the hair straightener really surprised me. They also offer a complimentary travel photoshoot with three retouched photos, which turned out really well. Such great value!
Finally, I have to mention eating breakfast by the glass window – it just made life feel complete. Totally worth it, I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends!"

"Choosing the Xiwuyu Hotel was the best decision we made for our Lugu Lake trip! The hotel's design beautifully blends Mosuo ethnic style with wabi-sabi aesthetics. Public areas like the spiral staircase and the fireplace nook offer fantastic photo opportunities. The rooms are incredibly well-equipped, featuring underfloor heating, smart toilets, and a wet/dry separation bathroom – a dream for anyone who appreciates attention to detail. The service was absolutely impeccable: the concierge helped us plan our itinerary in advance and booked boat tickets, our luggage was personally delivered to our room, and they even arranged sunrise ginger tea right on time. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious, and the evening dessert soup was wonderfully comforting. With direct access to the food street from the back door and the lake right outside the front, getting around and finding food was incredibly convenient. Our experience was absolutely top-notch; we'll definitely choose Xiwuyu again on our next visit to Lugu Lake!"

Built right by the water, it enjoys a unique geographical advantage, situated just 5 meters from the lake. From our room balcony, we could take in the magnificent scenery of Lugu Lake. It's also very close to Daluoshui Pier, where you can opt for a leisurely boat ride on a pig-trough boat to explore the lake.
Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately struck by its incredibly warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was very pleasing, instantly putting us at ease. The owner's decorating style perfectly matched my aesthetic. In the public tea area, or at the hotel lobby's cafe, you can enjoy coffee and drinks with the owner and other guests.
The amenities are comprehensive and of high quality. The bedding was exceptionally clean, soft, and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. The hotel is equipped with smart home systems throughout, offering convenience and thoughtful touches. They use deep-sleep zero-memory pillows, down duvets, and very comfortable mattresses. The freshly made rice noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious.
The owner was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. We felt right at home and comfortable during our entire stay! We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located inside the scenic area. You need to purchase an adult ticket for ¥70 per person to enter the park. Seniors over 60 get half price, those over 70 get in for free, and those over 80 can have one adult accompany them for free.
The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. Disposable bath towels and regular towels are provided. There's also a bathtub in the room with a disposable tub liner. Plus, there's a mini washing machine, perfect for washing two jackets or 2-3 sets of underwear for enough people, and laundry detergent is included. Even though there's a big temperature difference in February, the air conditioning works great.
The hotel is right by the lake, just a 3-5 minute walk away, and it's the best spot to watch the sunrise – no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious!
Overall, it's a great hotel with good value for money, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it!

GGuest UserThe stay experience was great. Since it was just off-season when I came, the boss upgraded to a star room for free. The hotel is right by the Lugu Lake. You can see the beautiful lake view, sunrise, and morning fog in winter in the room, which is great. All the staff are very enthusiastic, the boss is very low-key, very enthusiastic, we checked out early today, the boss kept asking if we were full, and stuffed a lot of small snacks for my daughter to eat on the road. Next time I come to Wuhu, I will continue to stay in this store!

MM544550****The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake.
The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding.
The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening.
The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. They also offered pick-up and drop-off services with a very nice vehicle, and helped with our luggage. The service attitude was truly outstanding.

There is floor heating in the house, which makes the room feel spring-like when Lugu Lake is still a bit cold, very comfortable. The service is very enthusiastic and helps to take the luggage up and down. Breakfast includes rice noodles, coffee, milk, porridge, fried eggs and boiled eggs. A souvenir was also given when checking out. Good review!

GGuest UserThere is floor heating in the room, which is very comfortable. This is the most comfortable room I have ever stayed in during my self-driving trip for several days.
Location: It is a two-minute drive from Daluoshui. There is a pier by the lake outside the hotel, and you can take a boat to the center of the lake.
Service: The hotel owner Luo was very enthusiastic. He was worried that we would drive ourselves to eat and get stuck in traffic, so he proposed to drive us to Daluoshui and pick us up back.
Breakfast is also free, and we were provided with egg tarts when we checked in.
When I went to take pictures of the stars at night, the boss even helped me turn off the lights.
You can feel the enthusiasm of the store from the moment you enter.

GGuest UserThe Mosuo Villa Hotel, which we stayed at, was recommended by Doubao. Located in Daluoshui Village, Lugu Lake, it's a guesthouse run by the Mosuo people, built right by the lake. The rooms were spacious and had separate wet and dry areas. After watching the sunrise from the balcony, we could go downstairs for breakfast. The breakfast was very thoughtfully prepared; the rice porridge was made with organic rice from Yunnan (priced at 30 yuan per jin), which was sticky, sweet, and fragrant. The steamed buns with special fermented bean curd were delicious! The owner also took us to visit the grandmother's house and explained the Mosuo customs. The grandmother was 94 years old, had been featured on CCTV, and was a local celebrity!
The Mosuo people practice ******* Buddhism and value filial piety. They live together as a large family, creating a harmonious atmosphere. They are honest and simple, without the shrewdness of business people. The owners don't actively promote tours unless you inquire about them, making you feel very comfortable. I booked a Mosuo bonfire party and a boat tour through them, both cheaper than at the window. I will definitely choose them again next time I visit Lugu Lake.
