But staying at this hotel completely changed my perspective and showed me the best way to enjoy it. The room's design perfectly captures the essence of a vacation; its 270-degree panoramic view frames Lugu Lake's mountains, water, clouds, and islands right inside your room. Whether you're lying in bed, sitting on the terrace, or relaxing by the window, you get an uninterrupted lake view. Waking up to the crisp birdsong in the morning and drawing back the curtains to reveal the shimmering lake surface was magical. Spending the afternoon sunbathing on the terrace, watching the cloud shadows slowly drift across the lake, all my anxiety and fatigue melted away, healed by this expanse of blue. The room quality was also superb – minimalist yet luxurious decor, soft and skin-friendly bedding, and impeccably clean details made for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The service was absolutely outstanding; attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. They even helped us plan a super hassle-free itinerary, so we had an amazing time without needing to do any research ourselves. Coming to Lugu Lake, staying here truly is an ”immersive getaway.” I highly recommend it to everyone visiting the area!"

"I booked a designer hotel right by the lake in Daluoshui Village this time. The butler contacted me in advance to arrange my check-in, and there was a dedicated car to pick me up from the entrance of Daluoshui Village. The hotel is very new, the room had no strange odors, and the amenities were quite comprehensive. The butler, Zhaxi Yangge, provided warm and thoughtful service, and even gave me a souvenir when I left. P.S. The scenery was incredible all three days I was here, and coupled with the hotel's exceptional service, this trip to Lugu Lake was absolutely worth it!"

"Arrived late at Lugu Lake, but was thoroughly comforted by the warm service of our butler, Zhaxi. **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and fully equipped. The air conditioning was incredibly effective at heating, warming up the room instantly even late at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay. **Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. **Environment:** Boasting stunning views of Lugu Lake, it's tranquil and elegant. Waking up to such a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle, truly set a wonderful mood. **Service:** I absolutely have to commend our butler, Zhaxi! He greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, proactively turned on the heating to warm up the room, and was attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel right at home. **Afternoon Tea:** The selection was rich and exquisite, and the taste was on point. Enjoying it with the lake view was incredibly pleasant and rejuvenating. **Snacks:** Thoughtfully chosen and delicious, they were satisfying and filling, showing great attention to detail. **Minibar:** Fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and regularly replenished, making for a superb overall stay."

"This hotel is one of our best stays during our China trip. The staff are very helpful with excellent service. They would also provide free afternoon tea when you arrive, free nighttime dessert. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff would also escort you to the car after checking out with souvenirs!! The room is spacious and nice with fully equipped amenities (aromatic eye masks, single-use towel, single-use bathtub wrap etc). The view is also amazing, literally just 3 meters away from Lugu Lake!"

"I spotted this place on Trip.com and fell in love with its window view at first sight, and it truly is beautiful! It really gave me that 'facing the sea, warm and blossoming' feeling. As soon as I arrived and parked, the staff came to greet me. Even though the little tricycle they use feels very down-to-earth, haha, their attitude was absolutely fantastic! **Environment:** The room is stunning, like something out of a painting. It's not just me; my friends said the same thing and complimented my booking! Pictures one and five show the hotel's views. **Cleanliness:** The room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is good. **Service:** Beyond their excellent attitude, this is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides face masks, steam eye masks, makeup remover wipes, AND a hair straightener! That’s incredibly thoughtful – the hair straightener really surprised me. They also offer a complimentary travel photoshoot with three retouched photos, which turned out really well. Such great value! Finally, I have to mention eating breakfast by the glass window – it just made life feel complete. Totally worth it, I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just 5 meters from Lugu Lake with breathtaking views. The front desk contacted us in advance, and a staff member came out to greet us, guided us to parking, and helped with our luggage. When the staff found out we were leaving very early the next morning and wouldn't have time for breakfast, they immediately prepared bread and soy milk for us, which was so thoughtful. The room size was just right, and the bathroom was spacious. My family said they'd love to come back and stay for ten days to half a month. This place instantly helps you relax and unwind; it's very pleasant. The only drawback is that our room was the first one on the first floor, so anyone passing by would definitely make noise. Even at 10 PM, people were still talking in the hallway."

I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. As the car drove into the narrow lanes of Luoshui Shang Village, the outside noise gradually faded, leaving only the gentle lapping of the lake against the shore. The hotel's exterior exuded a minimalist, forest-like quality, devoid of overly commercialized, flashy designs. Instead, it felt like a small courtyard nestled between the lake and mountains, quiet and relaxing. During check-in, the staff's warmth instantly melted away my travel fatigue. There was no rigid, formalized service; instead, they greeted me with the familiarity of an old friend, offered local herbal tea, and even shared the best spot to watch the sunrise the next day. They thoughtfully marked out lesser-known walking trails nearby – every detail spoke of genuine care. Pushing open the room door, I was immediately stunned by the view. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling window directly faced Lugu Lake, the water like a crumpled sapphire. Gamu Goddess Mountain shimmered in and out of view amidst the mist, and the evening glow painted the lake surface a warm orange, with even the wind carrying the crisp scent of the lake. The room's decor was simple yet tasteful, with natural wood furniture paired with soft, warm lighting. There was no superfluous decoration, yet thoughtfulness was evident everywhere: the soft mattress and bedding felt like sinking into clouds, and there were even both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The table thoughtfully provided bottled water and local specialty snacks, and even a humidifier was pre-arranged, perfectly addressing the issue of the high-altitude dryness. But the most healing part was the morning. I was awakened at dawn by sounds from outside the window. Drawing back the curtains, I saw the morning mist gently drifting across the lake like a veil, with distant islands appearing and disappearing within it. It doesn't rely on flashy gimmicks, but rather uses clean rooms, attentive service, and breathtaking lake views to allow every guest to feel the gentle embrace of Lugu Lake. After this trip, my friend and I agreed that next time we visit Lugu Lake, we must stay here again. It's like a utopia hidden in the lake's light – not noisy, not deliberate, yet it welcomes every distant traveler with the most relaxed demeanor. If you're looking for a place to find peace in Lugu Lake, Anxia Mountain & Lake will definitely not disappoint."

"The hotel's environment is incredibly serene, and the landscaping is fantastic. Every day by the Walking Marriage Bridge, I'd see elegant black swans, which really brightened my mood! I also participated in the hotel's Mosuo cultural activities. The cultural lecture was lively and engaging, and I even made a unique little souvenir during the hand-printing session. Taking photos in traditional clothing created some truly beautiful memories. I have to commend our butler, Kevin. He sent thoughtful reminders even before check-in and meticulously followed up throughout our trip. His service was absolutely impeccable! The room layout was very comfortable, and the smart toilet and makeup mirror were super practical. The bathrobes were also wonderfully soft. My experience here was 10/10 – I genuinely recommend everyone to stay!"

There are also local specialty snacks available, making for a truly satisfying dining experience. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely wonderful—warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. "I really loved this hotel! After seeing it online, I went to check out the rooms in person and booked. The front desk service was excellent, always smiling and never impatient. Both ladies were beautiful and kind. The room opened right onto the lake, and the two trees facing it were absolutely stunning. Breakfast was amazing – delicious, beautifully presented, and tasted much better than anything you'd get outside. They even gave us afternoon tea, which I forgot to take a picture of! I'll definitely bring my parents next time. Highly recommend!"
