"I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Miss Iris, who truly made our stay exceptional. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, patiently answering all of my questions and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Every time I had a problem, I simply reached out to her, and it was solved right away. She also made both the check-in and check-out process quick and effortless. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are a real credit to the hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the Executive Lounge. It became my go-to place to relax, work, and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and the view is simply the best in town. It’s the perfect space if you want to unwind or get some work done. While I wasn’t particularly impressed with the swimming pool and sauna (I have experienced better facilities at other hotels) but the gym definitely made up for it. It was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Reformer Pilates machines, which is something you don’t often see in hotel gyms. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Iris, the excellent food, and the Executive Lounge made this a memorable experience.
