"The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes and high street restaurants and shops. Overall excellent stay."

"The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience"

"This hotel in the heart of Rennes was recommended by a local friend. It's a good value hotel. It's right in the city center, and you can get everywhere by walking downstairs. The sofa bed in our room had to be put down, so the space was a bit tight, but it was cleaned very well every day. In short, it's a small hotel with its own unique style."
