"The hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services. There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The Old Town can be easily reached on foot or by tram. My hotel room is very clean and quiet. 5-star from me, highly recommended."

"Easy and straightforward booking. Very clean and relatively new hotel. Very competent, friendly, and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet – simply everything your heart desires, your eyes can see, and your stomach craves. Highly recommended. "I really loved the hotel. Amazing location, you can take a bus or walk to all places you need. There are lots of supermarkets around and you can buy food. My room was clean , new and really comfortable. WiFi was working perfectly. Breakfasts are good. The front desk was working fine! All workers were helpful, kind and friendly. I will definitely stay again next time. Highly recommend!"

The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

GGuest UserWe requested a shower chair (as am a handicap) but it did not arrived. The toilet drainhole did not flow well and flooded the toilet (room 215). The toilet did not come with towel rack/holder! Otherwise the room was spacious enough, had kettle, coffee, tea, minibar, etc.

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel for a europa league football fixture.Good location for the ground a 20min walk or regular trams a 2min walk away that also take you into the city centre. Room was very comfortable,tea & coffee making facilities,free safe and wonderful bed.Would highly recommended this hotel.😊

GGuest UserVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

GGuest UserIt's located close to the old town and there are three supermarkets nearby! It's a budget hotel so it only has the bare necessities, but the staff were very friendly and I'm glad I stayed there! I'd definitely stay here again if I come to Graz again!
