I had problems upon arrival, they charged me again and didn't even check that I had already paid for it when booking. I lost two days to resolve it and didn't enjoy it. Just like a tour that was paid for and I didn't go to resolve the charge, which compromised my credit limit on the card and I will only receive two invoices. A real disgrace. I didn't receive any compensation for all these inconveniences.

Atendimento ok. Porém a dona da pousada Fernanda e sua funcionária Dani não estavam alinhadas com relação ao funcionamento do local. O que mais me apeteceu foi a decoração e a localização. Devido ao mal entendido entre elas, entendi que estava pagando um valor que não cobria os custos da dona, por pena me abstive de tomar o café da manhã que estava incluso no preço. O box do banheiro do quarto que ficamos era minúsculo, sou magrinha e tive dificuldade de tomar banho. E atenção quando for selecionar o QUARTO DUPLO. Se você não selecionar dois hóspedes terá que pagar R$ 100 a mais na hora do check in. O lugar é de boa energia, mas sugiro que melhorem a gestão. Meu insta @nanightrips (;

Great hotel in a fantastic location very close to Copacabana Beach with many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfast is tasty with lots of variety. The staff will happily assist you with any questions or requests. I extended my stay an additional night because I enjoyed it so much. All-in-all, a great stay!!!

Very clean hotel in an excellent location. The only flaw is that the rooms are a bit old and not at all soundproofed. The air conditioning is very noisy.

The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.

A very budget hotel for those who suddenly want to return to the 90s. It seems that 30 years have passed, and the only achievement of progress that has appeared is wifi. This is partly compensated by good service and a great location - the ocean is 5 minutes away, the hotel is in the center of Copacabana, where there are a huge number of cafes and restaurants, and the area itself is safe. Breakfasts: 6/10 - not bad, but could be better (the food was better in small hotels in the province).

I booked a room randomly during my layover in Brazil. It was very small, but the location was good; the beach was just a short walk away. The price was okay, but the room wasn't very soundproof, and the bathroom was tiny. Overall, it was just so-so.

Walking to the beach for ten minutes, it is actually less than 1,000 meters because there is a slope but the downhill is fast. The nearby residents belong to the poor. There are more motorcycles. There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel. It is safe to swipe credit cards. It is not safe to come out at night, but foreigners go out to play in the middle of the night! The balcony of the room is very good. The roof looks at the sea. The breakfast is rich in fruit. The egg kitchen can be cooked. The price is good! Hygiene can be cleaned every day.

The hotel's facilities and structure are very good. I was very surprised by the location, it has many restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast is also very well served. When I come back to RJ, I want to host this hotel again.

It’s a really nice hotel. The breakfast is great. However the location is a little bit awkward. Really far away from the metro and the bus is not reliable. If you are using uber to get around the city. It should be all right. The district of the hotel is okay. Sometimes you feel sketchy when you walk alone, but if you choose the different route with more people. It feels all right.
