"This is my favorite place to stay when I travel to Montreal. Hotel has very good value and still in good shape after many years. The variety of breakfast choices is good. It's short walk from metro line"
"Overall, this is a nice hotel for the price, though there is room for improvement especially considering its Hilton affiliation. Room is comfy & clean, large King bed, friendly staff. I would recommend if you’re going for a night or two for business trips. But you might consider other options if you want to stay there for a longer time."
"Booked this to be close to McGill for my brothers graduation and it was a prime spot! The room was spacious but dark, only light was from the lamps and the doorway light. Didn’t check out the pool but they had a private and clean laundry room which I appreciated + a nice gym! Service was OK though."
"Nice room. Good services, good breakfast (though not many options but enough to fill in the morning), can walk to Via Rail train station in about 10 mins. Good location, closed to shopping and food areas."
"I'm so happy with the hotel. I booked a room with two double beds and the room was so spacious. The hotel is centrally located in Downtown near to many restaurants and tourist attraction places. The pool and gym are top notch. I will definitely stay there again."
"Great hotel in central location, amenities with pool, gym and bar area are good and front of house staff very helpful to take receipt of a parcel for me and give me during check-in. Also having benefit of late checkout was very helpful"

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is located not far from St. Joseph's Church, visible from the entrance, within a 10-minute walk. The street in front of the hotel is the main street of the area, lined with restaurants, supermarkets, and markets, making it very convenient. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway station; a subway ride to the Old Town takes about half an hour, and a taxi costs around 20 Canadian dollars. I booked a superior suite, which was basically a one-bedroom apartment. The room's renovation was probably only two years old; although the materials were simple, it was relatively new and clean, and fully equipped, even with pots and pans. We were assigned a room on the back street, and the bedroom was inside, so it was completely quiet. Most importantly, the price was excellent, offering exceptional value. Oh, and if you like desserts, don't miss the tiramisu at the bakery across from the hotel.
GGuest UserSecond time visiting this hotel, yet still impress by the hospitality and amenities. Central location, friendly staff and rooftop swimming pool, great vacation spot.
EEntengInaMoSamesun Montreal is hands-down my go-to hostel in the city. Every stay has been consistently great — welcoming staff, a fun atmosphere, and a layout that makes it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms and common areas are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the vibe is exactly what you want in a hostel: social but still relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. Whether I’m visiting Montreal for a quick trip or a longer stay, Samesun is always my first choice. Highly recommended!
