"Very lovely boutique hotel.  We were impressed with how they decorated for the holidays inside and out.  Very beautiful and cosy.  Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.  The staff were super friendly also.  Location suited us as a bit away from the crowds but still easy to get to everything in Niagara Falls."

"The guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us."

"Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls."

"The Marriot Fallsview Hotel & Spa was absolutely beautiful!! It was a breathtaking view of the Canadian Falls and close to everything.🥰 We ordered room service breakfast and it was delicious!! The only change would be that the Starbucks would have been done with the remodel, it was closed when we stayed.😓"

"Enjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat."

The hotel is conveniently situated near both Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, offering stunning views of the latter. Additionally, its proximity to the Casino and a shopping mall further enhances its appeal. We found the Italian restaurant's cuisine to be excellent, and the staff, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were consistently helpful and friendly."
