We stayed for one day because of a concert, and we were all girls. We thought the room was on the first floor, but we were actually on the third floor. We didn't have much luggage and it wasn't too heavy, so it was acceptable even though there was no elevator.
The supplies are still prepared (toothbrush, comb, shower cap...)
I hope the bathroom can have more platforms to put personal facial cleansers, toothbrushes, cups, etc.

The young women at the front desk had the best customer service one could ever expect. They helped me with many things. I was disappointed at the higher price, the hotel itself does not have the value charged aside from the excellent customer service. For example the shower wasnt a shower it was very difficult to operate no shower curtain, very high off ground makes it a bit slippery to exit. The room was bare of furniture to place bags on. The furniture that was in the room was worn and heavily usedb The bathroom reminded me of a double wide trailer manufactured home you would see in the USA. But the customer service was amazing.......and not just because of the pretty face, they actually were amazing.

I stayed at this hotel for a concert. Besides feeling a little pricey, everything else was great. It's very close to the subway station, the concert venue, and also the night market. The staff were friendly, the bedding was clean, and the room was very quiet.

I booked the hotel based on online reviews. After checking in, I was a little shocked by the tiny space. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night and did not bring a suitcase with me, otherwise the indoor space would not allow the suitcase to be fully unfolded.
Except for the small space, everything else is satisfactory. The hygiene, service, bed, quilt and pillow are all good. The breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, the location is very good. Next time I come to Kaohsiung, I will choose this hotel first.

The hotel is quite strict with their check in times! Luckily, they do have lugage storage, so if you arrive just a little too early, you can store your luggage there and go about your day until its time for check in. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kaohsiung railway station. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The room had a nostalgic smell... a bit like my aunt's basement, which isn't a bad thing, it just reminded me of my childhood back in the US and spending time with family.

The focus of this trip to Kaohsiung is to eat, drink, play and have fun at Ruifeng Night Market. I was surprised when I opened the door😍
The room is large, with a balcony, a large bathtub, MOD movies, a hard bed and a good sleep. There is also a 7-11 downstairs, diagonally opposite. It feels like home. 👍Self-service B&B, very good service (＾Ｏ＾☆♪
The room also has an induction card 🥰 for easy parking.
It’s just a 15-minute walk from Ruifeng Night Market!
It's much better than the last time we stayed at Ying××× near the night market

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Wonderful staff! Whether it's the concierge employees at level 1, or the check-in staff at level 20, or the breakfast staff, everyone is polite and helpful. Fantastic service and facilities. Breakfast is amazing. Our stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, had an electric bidet toilet, hand towels, and a spacious bathroom with a window for ventilation. It was cleaned daily, and they provided plenty of drinking water. There's also a water dispenser on the 9th floor for hot water. I highly recommend staying in the 'deluxe room' (精致客房). The internet speed was excellent. We stayed with our 3-year-old twin babies and everything was super convenient. It's just a few steps from Liuhe Night Market, with a Pxmart supermarket right across the street, and Formosa Boulevard Station is also very close. The best part was the breakfast – rich and varied. I'd love to ask the hotel where they get their 'breakfast bite-sized pastries' (一口酥) from, they were absolutely delicious and I want to eat them again! The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our check-in experience was very smooth.

MM60267****Taking the Red Line MRT from Kaohsiung Airport, it's a quick ride to Exit 2, and then an 8-minute walk to the hotel. It's really convenient to get around from here. The hotel is very new, and the front desk staff are super friendly and always have a smile when answering questions. They truly make you feel right at home.

Even took time trying to help our cell phone connection issues. Breakfast, although vegetarian only, is tasty and offered a wide variety of choices. AAlex iaoLocation: The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Pier-2 Penglai Light Rail Station, making it easily accessible by public transport. However, a minor downside is the lack of dedicated parking for guests arriving by car.
Room & Facilities: The overall cleanliness was good. The bathroom in the quad room was quite unique; the wet/dry separation door was only a half-panel, meaning it could only block off either the shower or the bathtub, not both simultaneously. Furthermore, the toilet area is separated from the room by a transparent glass wall, which could be a bit awkward if you're not traveling with family.

Although the room isn't huge, it's fully functional and even has a safe. The window can open to a safe distance. Breakfast is varied and good quality. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

HHana WinI stayed at 85 Cape Inn in Kaohsiung for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff offered warm and friendly service, and I was pleasantly upgraded upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, close to major attractions ( Dream mall, Night Market, Dome, Cijin Island,Dragon Tiger Temple)and convenient transport options (Green or Red MRT, Ferry Terminal).

The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

Bbrights delightWe had a great time at the Riverside Hotel! Even though we got there late, the staff was really nice and helped us check in quickly, so we could get some sleep before leaving early the next morning. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service that took us to and from the airport. It made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

IIrenena FrancesThis hotel is accessible to everywhere. There is also a 7-11 convenience store near the hotel. The breakfast spread is not a lot like other hotels but enough to fill our stomach. Staffs at the hotel are very polite and helpful too. The toilet seat comes with heater which is necessary during cold weather and it is separated from the shower area with a glass panel.
