Hotels near Lingya District, Kaohsiung

I stayed at 85 Cape Inn in Kaohsiung for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff offered warm and friendly service, and I was pleasantly upgraded upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, close to major attractions ( Dream mall, Night Market, Dome, Cijin Island,Dragon Tiger Temple)and convenient transport options (Green or Red MRT, Ferry Terminal).

Amazing hotel and staff. The room is located at a corner and it’s so quiet throughout my stay. The aircon is unbelievably quiet as well which is rare. The bed and pillow is so comfortable. Slept so well throughout my stay. There are various pillows you can try if you would like to but the ones in the room is more than good enough. Also thankful to the front desk as everyone is very helpful and always go the extra mile when I needed help. The view is just amazing, given the hotel is located at high floors. The room is spotless and I couldn’t locate any dust which hotel rooms tend to have. Even the hotel staff who clean the room did a fantastic job as recall I dropped some crumbs on the floor and it was cleaned up spotlessly when I return to my room in the evening. Try their breakfast if you can, the selection is wide and delicious. The best part is definitely the priceless view, really enjoyed having breakfast here. Every part of the journey within this hotel is nothing short of amazing. The staff plays a big part in ensuring an enjoyable stay. Thank you so much. Also, the part where I read about the lifts taking a long time to reach your level, it didn’t happen to me though. It just takes a while but nothing more than 5 mins each time. They have additional lift which caters only to the hotel’s level and that is fast.

I stayed there for 3 nights during Twice’s concert. They gave us some snack and refreshments on the concert night🥰 What they can improve is sanity issue. It would be better if the trash can next to the toilet has a lit to keep the gerns inside since there is no handheld bidet. Also the entrance is not noticeable at night. The hotel’s sight is noticeable at day time, but at night there is no light shined on the sign. It’s better if guests arrive at day time. The room size is big. There are snacks, coffee and tea at the common area for free. Free drinking water, hot water, towels, every necessity for a night stay.

Clean, spacious, nice hotel. Bfast is good. We also love the small bites snacks and icecream nook. Coffee is good as well. It's near to some bus stops (2-4min walk) but a litte further to nearest train station(mrt) which is ~10min walk. When we go back to Kaoishung, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Super clean room, I am a germaphobe and I approve the hygiene and cleanliness of this hotel, some how better than some of the 4-5 stars international branded hotel (except some common area at the snack bar at ground floor was sticky). 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: were friendly and nice, with high quality customers (mainly locals in Taiwan). Makes me feel home! Location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: a “real local” night market nearby, about 6 mins of walk, 10 mins walk to Sanduo MRT(accessible exit (15 mins if you walk slow)). 3 departments stores within 10 mins walk. Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: free self laundry, breakfast, supper, parking and snacks bar in the common area. One of the 2 hotels on my list of accommodation for Kaohsiung lol… … the other one is intercontinental kaohsiung 🤑🤑🤑

Environmental Hygiene: The environment is clean and tidy, which is excellent. There was no hair on the bed, in the shower, or in the toilet. The bathroom was free of water stains. Alcohol disinfectant was conveniently available for use around the toilet. Transportation: It's right across the road from the Sanduo Shopping District MRT station. It's not too far from Zuoying HSR Station and Kaohsiung International Airport, which is very convenient. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and provided a detailed introduction to the facilities and rules of the hostel. Overall, it offers extremely high value for money. I will definitely choose this backpacker hostel again when I visit Kaohsiung in the future.

there is also a bike station nearby this hotel where you can rent a bike and the bikes have power. with the bike you’re able to get to many destinations within 5 to 10 minutes ride..  the hotel breakfast has many options, but I was only able to like a few of those. You will surely have enough food to eat there to be full.

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

Location is good, just next to the subway station. The hotel share the area of the same floor with other hotels and tenants/owners, if you care about this you may think twice before you book. In the room, environment is good against the cost/price value.

Convenient transportation very close to the MRT station Next to Dayuanbai, there is a supermarket downstairs. The room is large and the hot water is enough. The only downside is that there are too few sockets in the room and too far from the bed
