The hotel is quite close to the subway station, and a shared e-bike gets you there in no time. Housekeeping is very good; they clean every day and greet you proactively. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful, always resolving any issues. Zhengda Plaza is right across the street, which is convenient for shopping. I also tried the Hu La Tang and Luoyang Aohuo dishes.

Room: The larger room types can accommodate a queen bed and a single bed, which is great for families. The room decor is simple but the facilities are convenient, especially the well-designed bathroom and shower area. Contrary to what I read online, I didn't find the shower pressure to be weak at all. Service and Hygiene: The service was very prompt. The extra duvet I requested in advance was already in the room when we arrived. Mineral water was freely available in the elevator area, and laundry detergent was also provided – these are all very thoughtful details. The cleanliness was also excellent. Breakfast: Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, half an hour earlier than most hotels, which is very accommodating for guests heading to attractions early or catching an early high-speed train. The breakfast selection was also quite varied and the quality was good. Overall, I highly recommend it. Even during a short holiday, it offers good value for money and is worth staying at. Two minor suggestions: Firstly, the room lighting is controlled by a single switch. It would be helpful if it could be differentiated slightly, as having all the lights on at once can be a bit wasteful sometimes. Secondly, it would be great if some folding drying racks could be provided.

During the Spring Festival, Luoyang was very crowded, especially in tourist areas. The hotel reception staff were nice and quickly resolved any needs I had.

The hotel room has a large window, offering good natural light, and the room itself is very clean. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. They also provide complimentary bottled water, which is great value for money. It's a perfect place to stay for travel or business trips, especially during the flower season. I highly recommend it. This was my second stay at this hotel. Atour consistently lives up to its high standards. I opted for a room facing the residential area, and it was wonderfully quiet. The hotel boasts a convenient location with excellent transport links and plenty of dining options nearby. It's also close to the Luoyang Municipal Government building and the high-speed rail station. The breakfast spread was quite varied and substantial. Their signature honey black tea was delicious – a definite highlight! Upon checkout, they even gifted me a few packets of Atour's own black tea bags, which were surprisingly good. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and courteous. Oh, and the arowana fish in the front desk aquarium was absolutely stunning!

Had a fantastic stay! My boyfriend and I decided to travel during the off-peak season, so it wasn't too crowded, which was great. The hotel we chose is really close to all the attractions; it's just a 3-stop subway ride to the Luoyang Museum. Since it was off-peak, there weren't many people, and we could even get reservations. The hotel environment is lovely, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even provided earplugs and disposable bath and regular towels, which was a really nice touch! I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but the hotel's overall cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast was delicious too, with rice noodles, regular noodles, and the famous local Luoyang Beef Soup, which had generous slices of beef. Overall, it was a really, really good experience. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The location is also convenient for getting around, close to the subway station, and a shopping mall directly opposite. However, the breakfast is relatively average; the variety isn't extensive, and the quality is a bit lackluster. The local specialty beef soup wasn't very good, and the fruit wasn't fresh enough. What was particularly odd was that the yogurt came with a straw already inserted. I suggest improving the quality of the restaurant's offerings.
