The hotel's environment and hygiene are excellent. However, the male staff member at the front desk is truly unsuited for this job. During the Chinese New Year, I checked in with my child to a family room, which cost over 1,000 yuan per night, and we stayed for five nights. My friends, who were with me, had two double rooms, each costing over 700 yuan per night. After checking in, I asked if they could offer a complimentary breakfast for my child. He immediately said no, stating that my breakfast booking was for two people. I pointed out that there wasn't an option for three people when booking, to which he replied that breakfast was 58 yuan per person. He even mentioned that I was staying for five nights, implying that a longer stay didn't warrant an extra free breakfast. I then asked if he meant I should cut my stay short. Our family room for five nights cost over 5,000 yuan, while my friends' two rooms cost over 7,000 yuan. In the end, he still wouldn't budge on a complimentary breakfast for my child, only offering it for an additional 200 yuan for five nights, which had to be paid immediately. When I asked what would happen if we didn't eat it, he simply shrugged it off. I was quite annoyed at the time and didn't bother arguing further. Later, when I went out for dinner and registered my car license plate, I noticed that male staff member wasn't around. On a whim, I asked a female staff member, and she immediately and happily offered a complimentary breakfast without any hesitation. This guy was just so odd. If the price of the room had been really cheap, I wouldn't have bothered the staff, but I just don't understand what was going through this man's head. The hotel's reputation could easily be ruined by people like him.

Our whole family came to Luoyang for business and a bit of sightseeing. The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside the subway station, and the Civic Center is just across the street diagonally. It made getting around and handling our errands incredibly convenient. Directly opposite is the Luoyang International Hotel, which used to be the Mudu Dihau Hotel. Among the hotels in this vicinity, this Holiday Inn is definitely the best, especially for family trips. The price is only about half of what you'd pay at a nearby five-star hotel, but they don't compromise on service, facilities, or dining; it's all up to their global standards. The front desk staff and service personnel were also very friendly and enthusiastic. Next time we're in Luoyang, we'll definitely choose this Holiday Inn again. My only suggestion would be for them to provide a humidifier in each room during the winter months.

The room was clean and hygienic, with a separate shower and toilet area. The location is convenient; there's a bus stop 300 meters from the Longmen Grottoes and a large shopping mall 500 meters away. There are plenty of food stalls along the street. The hotel reception and housekeeping services were excellent. The room facilities were also quite complete. It was very quiet at night, with good soundproofing. The only drawback was that the smart toilet was too loud, waking up family members at night, and the flushing time was quite long. Also, I hope there can be hooks and racks in the sink and shower area. There's no place to put towels in the sink, and no place to put bath towels and toiletries in the shower.

Location: Right next to Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Rail Station East Square, a 5-minute walk away. It's also convenient to take a taxi to the Longmen Grottoes. Environment: The room was bright, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The bedding was comfortable, and everything was cleaned thoroughly. Amenities: They have a self-service laundry room and a gym, perfect for layovers or business travelers. Breakfast: Standard Express breakfast, with a good variety of options, including freshly cooked noodles and congee. Price: Nearly 600 RMB during the Spring Festival, including breakfast for two. For a chain brand, the value for money is excellent. Service: Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even offered welcome drinks and proactively asked about our needs.

The hotel service was excellent all around. From the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff to the executive lounge personnel and even the doorman, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and highly efficient at resolving any issues. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was particularly good. The local specialty dishes were also quite delicious. The hotel's location is also a plus, being close to the subway, convenient for taxis, and with a supermarket right next door. All in all, I was extremely satisfied!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the room. They upgraded me, which was a nice touch. I'd suggest they improve their room inspections for cleanliness. It's excellent value for money and I highly recommend staying here. The EV charging station is a convenient bonus, and the facilities are brand new.

Despite my younger brother's strong recommendation, I usually lean towards Huazhu Group hotels (I've been a loyal customer since Hanting, then Ji, Orange, and Crystal Orange first opened). Every guest has different expectations, and no hotel can cater to all. This was my first time staying at Atour, and while it certainly has its pros and cons (which many others have already pointed out), I'd like to share my personal experience. 1. Upon check-in, four of us were checking in, but only two welcome drinks were offered, which was a bit disappointing. 2. Being used to Ji and Orange hotels, I habitually asked if breakfast was complimentary. The answer was no; it was over 300 RMB for four people daily, discounted to a little over 200 RMB. As we were staying for three days, tended to wake up late, and ate lightly, we decided against it. The staff member processing our request gave us a rather disdainful look (though I might be overthinking it). In fairness, we didn't even partake in the complimentary evening porridge, so we're not ones to take something just because it's free. (chuckle) 3. I actually came with the intention of experiencing the hotel's bedding and perhaps buying some pillows to take home, but the soundproofing was so poor that I didn't get a single good night's sleep. 4. We woke up late and bought mung bean porridge and fried dough sticks from outside. With no small dining table available, we had to eat on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. 5. The hotel didn't inform us about any of its amenities or services. For instance, they had a chain coffee brand available, yet we spent a considerable amount of time searching for one outside. We also had no idea about the fruit-infused tea that was tucked away behind the lobby. 6. The TV and movie features were quite substandard. While I could overlook the fact that international access didn't work, even casting from domestic phones was impossible. 7. Water stains on the bathroom vanity couldn't be wiped away with the hotel towels; we had to resort to using tissue paper. The sink itself could also use an upgrade or replacement.

The hotel's location is super convenient with excellent transport links. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was incredibly fast! The room was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud. Plenty of hot water for showers, and the soundproofing was good too. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, I particularly recommend the freshly baked bread and freshly squeezed juices. It's really great value for money!

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came quickly; the attention to detail was excellent. The air conditioning was quiet, and the room's soundproofing was also good. It was very quiet at night, not disturbing my rest at all. The housekeeping was very thorough, even the corners were spotless, and amenities were replenished promptly every day. When I contacted the front desk with a request, they responded quickly and handled it efficiently; the service was very attentive. Overall, the value for money is excellent. The environment is quiet, the hygiene is reassuring, and the service is spot on, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!
