After I left my luggage with one staff member and was gone for only a minute, another staff member threw away the food I had left on the counter. When I asked about it，she said it was disgusting and offered no apology until I asked.

Excellent location , modern clean hotel. Great cocktails .tea and coffee not refilled in room , however asked at reception and they gave us more.

The location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well. We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too. We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest. The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

Pros: Excellent location and great value for money. Cons: The room was extremely small, which isn't ideal for guests with a lot of luggage. Also, the sink was surprisingly shallow and caused water to splash out easily.

I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is excellent and the quality is amazing! Location is good and the comfort is top notch. The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels... one would expect them to reward long staying guests. Still - I love it here!

Great location it’s just a short 3–4 minute walk to the metro, and the surrounding area felt safe even at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning and really appreciated the luggage storage. The room was cozy; it might feel a bit small for some, but as a Hong Konger it was perfectly comfortable for me. One thing to note: I stayed for two nights and was a bit surprised that our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Otherwise, everything was pleasant and convenient

The hotel is located on Friedrichstrasse, a few hundred meters away from the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, and the subway station is also nearby. The lobby and public areas are spacious and the service is good! Recommended to friends who travel independently!

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

There is also a kitchen, and the room is spacious, so it is good to feel like living for a long time. There are subway stations and marts within 5 minutes walk, and all train stations such as East Station and Central Station can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Traveling around Europe by train, I always prioritize hotels near the train station for convenience. The 24-hour front desk was great for my late-night check-in. The room facilities were simple and clean. The Western breakfast was quite rich, though there were only three types of vegetables – I later found this to be typical for hotels in German-speaking areas, so it's perfectly normal! The hotel is super convenient, about 200 meters' walk from the train station. Since it's a large station, make sure you know your platform for subway travel. The hotel front desk doesn't offer free luggage storage; there's a self-service paid luggage room. In that case, it's probably better to just store your luggage at the train station directly.
