Good hotel near the high speed train. Clean, big and tidy rooms.

It is clean and the staff are friendly. The cushions on the single bed are nice, and overall, it is good.

Clean and sanitary, with a good breakfast, though it can be a bit crowded, especially with children. The service was very professional. There's ample parking, both above and below ground. Located in an industrial park, the hotel is close to the airport, making it suitable for self-drives, short stays, and flights.

The hotel is in excellent conditions. The location is ideal for my intention, the large room, only little light if you have to put a but, and the bathroom was not missing a pearl. Very happy.

Did not realize there was more than one NH in Zaragoza so went to wrong one. Staff at the Gran were outstanding from reception to bellhop to car park attendees to breakfast. Shame rooftop is not utilized for a pool / sun deck. The Gran would have been impressive in it's day but is in need of renovation. Location great. Stayed 4 nights.

This hotel is really old by the look of it but it is well maintained. Our room is spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If you drive, the hotel offers parking for 13 euros and you can get in and out many times. Highly recommended!

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon on the hottest day. Welcome service with a smile. Two night stay. Clean room, good amenities. Free coffee available 24 hours a day. Great position to cross the bridge over to the cathedral. Perfect location. Breakfast around the corner next to Mercadona. 7 tapas for 6€. Perfect. Would certainly stay again.

Amazing staff, great location, comfortable rooms and great air conditioning, which is very important with high temperatures in Spain Unfortunately not all smokers respect the law, but the reception moved me to another room, which made my stay more pleasant.
