GGuest UserThe location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.

GGuest UserWonderful, clean, great location, delicious food - amazing unique breakfast and steps to the Sephardic museum and the Monestario de San Juan de los Reyos. Ideal place, though the parking was full when I arrived. But there's public parking not far away.

This hotel is an absolute delight. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price). Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

ZZiqianIt's better than expected. There is a terrace where you can see the scenic spots on the mountain. It's the best place for those with cameras. There is free parking and a bar where you can have breakfast. It's not expensive. The room is big, the bed is big, the bathroom is big, it is very comfortable to live in, and it is very suitable for vacation, but it is only convenient if you have a car.
