They facilitated our check even when their system is down and also assisted us with our luggage to our rooms. They were always attentive to our needs and always there to ensure we will be looked after. This is our second stay in this hotel and if we ever visit SCQ again, we will not hesitate to stay here again."

"This hotel is in the heart of the city, as you can see on DK Spain's hand-drawn map of the historic center of Santiago. It's a 5-minute walk from the main cathedral square. There's a rare parking lot right in front of the hotel, allowing you to drive right up to the entrance. A church stands to one side. We were lucky enough to have a room with a rooftop skylight, which offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The bathroom also had a skylight and was quite large. We didn't order breakfast, but it looked quite good. We encountered two teams of capable, helpful, and welcoming front desk staff, like the aunt next door."
