GGuest UserPark plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.

11300314****It is indeed a five-star hotel. The room is quite spacious, and the 1.5-meter single bed is comfortable. It would have been even better if the towels weren't a bit old. Also, it was a bit noisy outside at night, and the windows aren't very soundproof.

GGuest UserThis was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts. This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food. Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee.
Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

AAsim RasibReally nice hotel. Arrived very early and had both rooms ready which was a wonderful welcome and really appreciated! Friendly check in and a really clean, nice looking hotel.
Car park is small and really tight to get out of so don't take a big SUV! Only issue was with pillows not being firm enough for our preference but that's a personal sensitivity. We usually take ours with us. Overall, a lovely hotel and will defo stay again.

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.
Will come again!

GGuest UserI was very happy with the service and the hotel my room was large and spacious. The hotel staff were prompt professional and very nice. I liked the location and I was nearby. I think breakfast could have had a better selection I was just a little grumpy because there were no hashie Bs. Overall a 8/10 I really enjoyed my stay

SSaiful JohanThe location is great because the hotel located in city centre. The room was comfortable and the toilet and shower area was clean. The reception staff was lovely and welcoming. There is a functioning lift but I was staying on the first floor so I mainly use the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will surely coming back whenever I come to Leeds.
