GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely comment, but I have to comment on this hotel:
First of all, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and running until 12 o'clock, the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk, they asked for a room change, they said it would take 20 minutes, but I waited 20 minutes and they still didn't arrive. When I called again and asked for a replacement immediately, they could make a resolution in three minutes, proving that they didn’t really care what the customer felt.
Secondly, after arriving in the new room, the lamp in the room was bad, and I waited again for 30 minutes to change the lamp.
Finally, when ordering, order a vegetarian dish, the first time the waiter forgot to order, after the second order urged them three times, after waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came up, but I have already finished eating. The hotel staff said that I was sorry that I could exempt the order, but I didn't ask for the order, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef waited for me in the restaurant and said that I was very sorry and sent a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still means that the hotel's dining service is very slow, which seriously affects the time of the guests.
