GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 3 minutes away from Matsumoto Station, and around the hotel there is a 7-Eleven and several shops all within 1 to 3 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was included in the price, and for us, it was one of the nicest breakfasts we had in a hotel in Japan. The reason for this was not only the quality of the food, but also the variety. For Muslims and vegans, there were many options, while in other places the choices can be very limited. The hotel was clean, the amenities were perfect, and the coin laundry room was excellent. The washing machine cleaned all our clothes and dried them within a reasonable amount of time. The hotel room, although small, was good enough to accommodate two people with two large suitcases, and we had no issues at all. A big plus for the hotel is that they have a smart TV, which is not something you get in every hotel in Japan. A final note about the staff, especially the young gentleman (around his 30s) and the young woman (also around her 30s) working at the reception. Both of them were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, and often went the extra mile even when I only asked a simple question. The lady working at the breakfast buffet was also very sweet and kind. Please make sure to keep these people working for the hotel, and give them the praise they deserve for their outstanding work. I will definitely want to come back to this hotel if I return to Matsumoto!
