GGuest UserI stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate.

GGuest UserStaff in the restaurant are excellent. Speak good English and is very friendly and willing to help and serve at all times. We forgot the breakfast time ends at 9am and we only started 8.30am. The old lady in the restaurant kindly offered us to bring unfinished food back to our room to finish them. She even brought us tissue papers making sure we have everything we need. The onsen is nice and in traditional Japanese style. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good. Big hotel standard. All staff is amazing. There are onsen inside the hotel. The room is big feels like stay in apartment with cooking stuffs in the room. The breakfast buffet is so good. You can buy the breakfast at the hotel. Overall I live this hotel. But the location is walk 15 mins from Hakodate station. If you have a car there are parking with fee and also there are bus or local trains to travel around Hakodate. ❤️

다다시나가자!It is a little far from Hakodate city, but very close to the airport. The facilities may be a little lacking compared to the surrounding ryokans, but the breakfast and dinner more than make up for it. The staff are friendly, and there is a female staff member who speaks Korean well, so there is no inconvenience at all.
