The villa itself was beyond breathtaking — private, serene, and thoughtfully designed with every imaginable comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Rohan, the General Manager, whose leadership and warmth are evident in every aspect of the resort; to Arjun, whose mastery in food and beverage turned every meal into a culinary experience; and to Mamdouh, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction feel personal. What truly sets The Oberoi, Marrakech apart is not just its beauty, but its people. Every team member we encountered embodied the Oberoi ethos — gracious, intuitive, and consistently exceeding expectations. Even the smallest requests, whether made in person or by email, were met with immediate, thoughtful responses. That level of responsiveness and care is rare, even among the world’s finest hotels. This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Very peaceful hotel with amazing view and very welcoming staff. Yummy breakfast

My son and I stayed at the Raid Yakimur. They answered all our questions before our trip and arranged a transfer for us. We were offered Moroccan mint tea upon check-in. Our room was on the ground floor, and as soon as we stepped out, we found ourselves in a beautiful common area. It was a truly unique experience living in a Raid. The beds were comfortable. I found the lighting a bit lacking, but it added a certain ambiance. Unfortunately, breakfast on the rooftop wasn't possible due to the weather on our days, but we could always go up there and take photos. The Raid itself is very atmospheric. The staff is responsive, attentive, and pleasant. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We'll definitely be back again!

A very pleasant stay at the Palais Moulay Saïd & Spa hotel. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and of very high quality. The staff is welcoming and professional. I highly recommend it.

The riad is wonderful, the grounds beautiful. The breakfast was disappointing: margarine instead of butter and stale bread.

A very nice hotel. Two heated pools (30 degrees Celsius), one of which is indoors (1 hour per day, reservation required). Three restaurants and several bars. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather!

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
