GGuest UserI stayed here once with family. Previously in apartment with 3-4 rooms. Really spacious.
This time it is studio room so don't expect it to be glamorous or stylish. It is functional room. The only downside is lack of plug. Not even plug at the bedside table. But otherwise water pressure or aircond is good. Just the hot water does not really felt hot.
My room at the top most level 9. Previously has some problem with lift. It was slow. But not having those issue during this stay. Either because lack of guest or the lifts are upgraded.
Breakfast is good as always, the spread is not that much variety but enough to fulfill morning needs.
The ultimate plus is the location opposite pantai batu burok, walking distance to hospital sultanah zahirah, stadium, akuatik centre and shopping malls like KTCC and mayang.

AAnonymous UserNice stay for a short gateway. The room and bathroom are fine (only spotted some dust in the room). Ironing facility available outside the room. The hotel is close to the city and there are local delicacies nearby. Tealive is attached to the hotel lobby.

AAbd Rani************** , the journey to get there is smooth, the location of the chalet is interesting because it is close to the beach, the facilities provided ************** are satisfactory, with the atmosphere of the room which is beautiful and neat, for dining, food stalls are nearby, it is not difficult to find and walk far.

HhuuuudaaOverall room is quiteee nicee, i book 2 rooms, each room has their own bathroom and each room has aircond in there. The homestay design is like a hotel room design. U can use their washing machine, but u cant cook there.

DDxnxxlI recently stayed at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu for 2D1N during Hari Raya and booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially during the festive season.
The check-in process was smooth despite the busy Raya period. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the arrival experience easy and stress-free. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay.
Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.
In summary, Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu is a solid choice if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially during festive periods like Hari Raya. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserAlthough my husband and I had a difficult experience during our stay at this hotel, where I suddenly experienced bleeding and a miscarriage on the first night, the hotel staff were very attentive and cooperative when the ambulance came to pick me up. The hotel manager also showed great concern by checking in on my condition. The next day, the hotel manager, on behalf of the hotel, sent a fruit basket with a 'get well soon' message. My husband and I were very touched by the hotel's thoughtfulness. Thank you, Primula Beach Hotel 🤍

NNUZUL FARIHA HAYATI BINTI RADZIA perfect place to spend time with family. The most interesting thing here is the variety of activities to do—from horse riding, bowling ball and archery. It happened that when I came, the bathing pool was closed due to the maintenance of the pool. But, our family still happy because there are many more activities to do. The resort environment is also quiet with beautiful lake and beach views. the location of the resort is very strategic,just a few minutes walk to zarah middle tengku floating mosque,so it’s nice to take a walk in the evening while enjoying the beautiful scenery 😊

AAin RamliIts a last minute booking and we didn't select for any package. The service is good where they wait for us during arrival and help us to carry our bags, serve light refreshments during check in and the staffs also friendly. The service that need to improve is no staff is available during not peak hours, the call is not answered and the request to change the rusted kettle is being ignored.
The amenities are old and not well managed. The floor is dusted, the mirror frame in the toilet is broken, the balcony wood also broken and it can be dangerous if small kid left alone.
The food is good and the price is reasonable. We pay for the dinner buffet and its quite satisfactory.
