Hotels near Paya Bunga Square, Kuala Terengganu

The location is excellent, just minutes away from Pasar Payang, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. There’s also a dobi downstairs which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

Everything was great- came during weekdays so there was no many people here, feels like a private resort. It’s an old beach resort, but the beauty caught my eyes. I wish they can make some enhancement, they deserve more recognition. Also, one problem I encounter- requested for them to send me iron, but the forgot to do so. They should have been more alert because there were like, less than 10 bookings on that day. Service can be improved.

Love the kid & adult pool my husband and son enjoyed it so much love the breakfast too everything was okay (except I dont really fond the dust at each of room corner but thats not a big deal) we just focusing on having rest & sleep because most of the time we’re out of the room. bathroom also okay have warm water we get room at the corner & away from lift (as I requested) air conditioning is strong & good has iron & board has refrigerator too will comeback next time

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!
