Outstanding
We had a great stay at this room. The room is big and everything you need is there. They’re very accommodating with my inquiries even before booking. A lot of building amenities like pool, court, pet shop and a convenience store for a quick shop. Although we were not able to use the pool as it is open only during weekdays for guests. We will definitely book this again.

The staff are friendly and hospitable. They allowed us for an early check in. The room was great, comfy bed. The Breakfast was superb. 9.5/10 The pool was not heated, but we had a great time with the slide and the kiddie pool.

I recently stayed at Novotel Suites at Aqua, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a big difference — from soft linens to complimentary coffee and toiletries. The location was ideal — close to BGC and Rockwell, but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of options for everyone. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town and would highly recommend Novotel Suites at Aqua to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

They are quick to respond, ensuring that any inquiries or requests are addressed in a timely manner. The cleanliness of the hostel is impressive; both the rooms and restrooms are meticulously sanitized, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Guests can enjoy a simple yet satisfying complimentary breakfast, which offers a pleasant start to the day. Additionally, the instructions provided by the staff are clear and precise, making it easy for guests to navigate their stay and take advantage of all the hostel has to offer.

JJohn Joshua TijingVery simple and basic lodging. A fair deal at a central transportation hub and near big malls. The place is clean and the location is near to transportation and malls. They have toiletries available in the room. The problem only is the Wifi connection very slow even it was in the city, I think they are only using a Wi-Fi extender that doesn't even work.

GGracy B GrayAll good except the TV as it play&pause intermittently the whole time we stayed at the hotel. We called the Frontdesk staff and she said she’ll ask housekeeping to check but nobody came in until we check out. Poor service!!!
