We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our ”complaints” very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our ”problems”. The ”hassle”. I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again.

I had the most amazing time during my stay at The Funny Lion. First and most important thing to mention is how amazing the staff were. From the coffee bar to the restaurant, every person treated me with such warmth and grace, and some of them even remembered my name. Secondly, the food was great. The morning breakfast had a great array of options with some Filipino elements which I looked forward to every morning. Enjoying some garlic rice and eggs next to the sunlit pool was a perfect start to the morning. Location was great too, close to the airport and a short ride away from nice cafes (nothing to too far in PP to be honest). You could also take a boat or kayak out to the sand bar which is such a nice touch to complete the full experience offered by the resort. Rooms were big, clean and amenities were amazing. All in all, I only have praises for TFL, I will definitely stay here again should I ever return to Palawan.

The price-point of this hotel is truly commendable, offering exceptional value for money. I found myself in need of a last-minute stay due to a late arrival at the airport, and Holiday Suites Palawan proved to be the perfect solution. The room I secured for a small price exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and relaxation. One notable highlight is the hotel's strategic location just outside Robinsons Place Palawan. This convenience allowed me to easily access shopping and dining options without hassle. The proximity to the airport further adds to the hotel's appeal, making it a practical choice for travelers with late arrivals or early departures. Now, addressing the minor drawbacks. I did notice the absence of a spoon in the room, despite the presence of cutlery and complementary coffee. Additionally, the fridge in the room had a slight issue with closing properly. While these details are worth mentioning, they did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience I had at Holiday Suites Palawan. In conclusion, Holiday Suites Palawan offers a fantastic balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience. Despite the minor room quirks, the value for money and the hotel's strategic location easily warrant a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in Palawan.

Hotel was awesome! It’s right by the sea, and our room had a fantastic ocean view. The pool was great, perfect for a swim or just chilling out in the sun. It's well-kept and a nice spot to relax. We loved the on-site resto/cafe. I had an americano and it was on par. It was a great place to start the day with its super cozy and welcoming vibe. For fun, they have a dart board and a Pinoy pool table. We had a blast playing both in the mornings with my family. Overall, Microtel Puerto Princesa was an amazing experience with its great location, awesome amenities, and fun activities. Highly recommend it for a laid-back seaside getaway!

Great facility plenty of activities, services where fantastic, the gym especially was sensational and I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone after a luxury holiday in the Philippines

Everything was fine, but they couldn't find my reservation which I had already paid for on Tripadvisor.

In the time I spent here I was able to get to know the family that owns the hotel. They were truly generous and caring. Often taking timeout of their day to walk me around and help me with a few of my ”touristy” issues. I even returned later for another stay because they were so friendly.
