"It is very close to Highway 10 and there are various shops and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, the number of towels is enough, and the disposable toiletries are very good! The breakfast is richer."
"This is a new and clean hotel. There's a Circle K next door, which is convenient. The highway to downtown is congested during rush hour, but it was a high-quality hotel."

Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
GGuest UserLocated a couple of blocks from downtown and right in front of the Footprint Stadium, the Courtyard Phoenix Downtown hotel features rooms almost similar to each other but comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis, equipped with a useful coffee maker and generous in size. You can't properly say they are elegant but they look nice with functional furniture - maybe a bit impersonal - with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. In short, this is more a business hotel than a four-star classy one.. Breakfast in the morning allows you to try the local cuisine with excellent and tasty vegetarian burritos and equally delicious coffee tartlets all produced by Shamrock Farms. However, some flaws have put the hotel in a bad light in my opinion: the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintened but not heated (!); the parking at the rear of the hotel is being offered for $40 a day (ridiculous!); the small internal corner for any Daily necessities costs a fortune (a packets of Lays crisps Is 9 dollars plus taxes (!!) and lastly the staff who were not always welcoming and proactive: during my stay I absolutely wanted to try at least one ride on Waymo the worldwide well known self-driving taxi service which runs throughout the city. However, none of the members at the reception helped me to find a solution and help me having a ride. I'd say many yes but also some no.
GGuest UserVery interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.
AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
