"We stayed here twice as we liked it. Breakfast good with free flow of Coffee and tea. Fresh pan cake made by machine. Fruits and yogurt. Sausage & eggs. Bread & muffins. If you are in a rush, you can carry and pack away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location good & nice view of NYC skyline and sunrise. Walkable to nearby Mall and train."
"The location is good , a few seconds walk to Wall Street , Broadway street, Trinity church, the charging bull , the subway station 10 seconds walk , the pier 11 to Brooklyn was very close , in a nutshell worth to book for the location. I was shocked that the hotel doesn’t provide simple things like toothbrushes and paste and comb or cups , no kettle , no robes, no mini fridge, no iron, nothing. No water in the hotel . These are basic things especially for a 4 star hotel . If people stay for 1 night it’s not important but if u book it for 7 nights, u need to have some coffee or tea or hot water if u feel cold or wanna get some warm water u don’t have it . The reception had some hot water but the elevators were always busy so it’s a headache. Also the neighbors were very noisy , the walls were not blocking the sound. I could hear them using the bathroom."
"I stayed here for two nights when I was in New York and loved the cute pods. If you like staying in aesthetic hotels, don’t plan on being in the hotel for very long, and don’t want to break the bank, stay here. You can’t eat or take calls in the pods though - good to be aware! What I loved: -Grown alchemist toiletries - they feel so luxe. Also the robe is so nice! -Location is amazing - walking distance to west village and broadway, easy bus / subway access to anywhere else -White noise machine - this blocks out a lot of sound and is great -Bathrooms were pretty clean - I recommend going downstairs -If you can’t carry your bag upstairs, they’ll send someone to do it which was much appreciated! What could be better: -Downstairs has a hot water machine but you need your own teabags or coffee. I bought some from a supermarket but it would be amazing if there was as an option to buy them at the hotel."

Amazing
GGuest UserIt’s been a long time leaving Jersey City, I come back to visit and it’s a great place to live as you feel like home with capability of cooking and laundry, and it’s convenient to walk to CVS and ShopRite and 10 mins to WTC Manhattan by Path, definitely choose this place next time!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—warm, welcoming, and very professional. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the waterfront, the views of the Manhattan skyline were breathtaking—especially during sunrise and at night. It’s also super convenient with easy access to the PATH train, making trips into New York City quick and hassle-free. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with large windows that made the most of the stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities and attention to detail.
AAIjojoThe hotel conveniently located next to PATH train which connects to lower Manhattan area. The position also very nice as you can enjoy the Manhattan skyline as soon as you exit the hotel. Staff very friendly & accommodating. The room simple but clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast included with the room which is a plus! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a budget stay.
GGuest UserWould definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, within 5 mins walk of Newport Path station and nice neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from Manhattan without the price tag of more central hotels. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious and perfect for a family stay with children. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to come back to a refreshed, clean and tidy room after a long day of sightseeing.
