"I had issues with my flight being cancelled and then rescheduled. The first night, Trip.com was able to have the reservation moved, but the 2nd night someone named Charisse in Guest Relations told Trip.com that they couldn’t change the date due to their policy. Well, since it had just been done the previous day, I know that’s not true. So I’m out $265 and still have to fly to Myrtle Beach in the morning for business. Thanks for nothing, Staybridge."

"We had a great stay!"

"This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed."

"The room was very clean; the air conditioner was quiet, very satisfactory; the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a refrigerator that could accommodate four people for a few days. The sound insulation was also very good, and the sound of guests outside could not be heard. Environment: Very good, large shopping mall Service: Very good Hygiene: Very good Facilities: Very good"

"I had an amazing time as always this is my second time here"

"Upon checking in, the front desk workers were beyond helpful! There was never a need to ask a question and what to do or where to go! The room was beyond clean and the housekeepers were excellent at there job! All the workers were always cheerful and was there to answer and help with any questions! Probably the best hotel experience I ever had! Definitely will stay again!"
