Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. "We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in.
