"The property is excellent with the old world charm.  Extremely good service with a special shout out to Ajay Kumar from housekeeping. Very prompt service from all staffs.  However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room.  The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.  Overall a pleasant stay."
