Location is good, Property was good, but the behave of the reception was not professional. I would have reviewed 5 but due to some unprofessional behaviour I am rating it 3. They should improve the way of speaking, they ask directly to write what is the relation with the co traveller, in your policy you have given the details accordingly people stay, unnecessary don't ask it this.

Hotel alfa is a great place to stay in lucknow, especially near charbagh railway station and the metro. The staff is very friendly, making the stay comfortable. I always choose this hotel whenever i visit lucknow. Highly recommended for travelers!

There are a lot of street food facilities, not good in the hotel. Service was not much better not a very good hotel in our opinion
