"Hotel is amazing but they are not ready for business. Hotel stuff were overwhelmed wait for restaurants and service at the restaurants were ridiculous. NO BEACH CHAIR to seat and not enough chair for hotel guest. we counted 58 chairs for 2000 guest . Very bad business. No signs in Conrad hotel where was where.
Not coming back to the hotel or restaurants on the property. Cebia restaurant we had horrible service and for the price they charge that should never happen."

"Facilities: Very new and well-equipped. The room was much larger than expected. Towels, body lotion, shampoo, and shower gel were all provided and of high quality. The room was well-stocked with mineral water, and the swimming pool was new and very clean. The staff proactively offered iced water and even gave out small desserts."

"The hotel is a resort, you can just stay in the hotel, purely for vacation, the hotel has many recreational facilities, there is a golf course with a large lawn, a water park, a hotel lobby, the rooms are grand, the rooms are large, the bed in the upper room is big enough for two adults to sleep, breakfast can be self-service or a la carte, standard American. The hotel feels comparable to the scale of domestic five-star hotels, but a little old."

"This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time."

"The booking page was a bit confusing. I originally wanted to book the Swan Hotel, but the pictures weren't clearly distinguished, so I accidentally booked the Reserve across the street. It's only a few minutes' walk, so it's not a big deal. The Reserve is closer to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can take a boat or bus to both parks, with the boat being more convenient (you'll need to catch it at the Swan Hotel). It's a bit further to the other two parks, requiring a bus, but it's still very convenient. The rooms and facilities are good, but there's nothing much outside, which is a bit inconvenient. For shopping, you can use Uber Eats. It would be great if the hotel offered breakfast options; it's hard to find food in the morning when you're trying to make early entry into the parks."

"A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed.
It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland."
