The hotel's spaceship theme creates a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The service is outstanding; the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, with excellent service attitudes. The hotel environment is elegant, and the decor is lovely – the kids absolutely loved it. The lobby is spacious and bright, with good lighting and ventilation, and the overall decor feels cozy. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, and we were all very pleased! Great! The room facilities are complete. The staff processed check-in quickly and were very friendly, which made a great first impression. Luggage storage was also super convenient, we're satisfied. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is excellent; we didn't have to worry about driving at all. The rooms even offer scan-to-order dining. Breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is excellent. It offers great value for money. The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

We came earlier, but they allowed us to check-in earlier. We also asked for late check-out, and they granted our request. The room is spacious, the location is integrated within the mall, and it is near to go to anywhere. We went to Chimelong by taking buses and taxi via DIDI apps. Tips: You need to install WeChat application in advance, so you can message the management when you already arrive and they will tell you your room number and the password to access it. We communicate with them via WeChat without seeing their faces, not even once.

We specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍

Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Hengqin The animal-themed family room boasts a strong thematic atmosphere and a very spacious layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning panoramic view of the entire Hengqin area. The cute, playful decorations in the room are a hit with kids, who particularly loved the giant panda plushie provided for them to cuddle with while sleeping. All plushies are thoroughly disinfected and sealed, ensuring cleanliness and peace of mind. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, with the toilet in a private, separate space, and the shower and bathtub also designed separately. The sink is extra large, and the hotel provides complimentary children's amenities. All drinks in the mini-fridge are free, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. There are special items like freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and milk with cereals, which are rarely seen in many standard hotel breakfasts, and the quality is excellent. The hotel has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a 24-hour gym. Since it was raining that morning, the outdoor pool was closed, so we enjoyed the indoor pool. The indoor pool also has a small children's play area with ball pits, where kids can play to their heart's content. Friendly reminder: In mainland China, swimming caps are mandatory for pools. It's advisable to bring your own swim float, as renting one from the hotel costs over thirty yuan, which isn't very cost-effective. The only minor drawback is that the ventilation in the bathroom isn't great. Also, the room door is quite heavy, so young children can't open it themselves to get into the bathroom and need an adult to accompany them.

Booked this 5-star hotel, the closest one to Hengqin, for my trip to Macau. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable – everything was spotless and tidy, and the decor was grand and beautiful. Aside from the upgrade at check-in, I didn't experience much else of the service, as we left early for Macau. The facilities seemed a bit lacking though; the hot water was intermittent during my morning shower, which was quite uncomfortable. I hope they can improve that. It's a decent spot for an overnight stay but not ideal for a longer visit.

Our stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, and my child especially loved the princess theme decor. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The location isn't far from Chimelong, and the free shuttle service makes getting around convenient. Overall, it's good value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhuhai.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries and children's amenities were all thoughtfully provided, showcasing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any issues. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options, and the buffet restaurant even lets you dine while watching penguins, adding a wonderful sense of occasion. Overall, the environment is full of childlike wonder and perfectly suited for families. It's convenient for travel and offers a top-notch experience. We'll definitely stay at the Penguin Hotel again on our next trip to Chimelong – highly recommended!

Arrived at the hotel by taxi, and as soon as I stepped out, I was already amazed by the lobby – it had such a Macau vibe! The hotel room was spacious and beautiful, and it even had a voice-activated smart assistant. On weekend evenings, there was a live band playing, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere! The staff were incredibly attentive, from check-in until departure, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Hengqin!

The open-plan suites are all located on the ends of each floor, allowing you to open the skylight blinds and gaze at the sky. The entire hotel building resembles an ancient zither, known as Tianmu Qintai (Heavenly Zither Stage), located at the Hengqin International Convention & Exhibition Center. Its unique design is very photogenic. However, the hotel lobby is a bit small and lacks grandeur.

Highly recommended! The guesthouse's location is super convenient, very close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, just a short taxi ride away. It's also near the port, and located in Shenjing Village, there are plenty of dining options, including several highly-rated seafood restaurants on Dianping that are quite affordable. There's also a small snack street, so you can pretty much find anything you'd want to eat. Plus, there's a sandpit downstairs for kids to play in.
