The hotel's location is excellent, with a dedicated shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom, making it super convenient. The room itself was well-equipped, with soft, comfortable, clean, and tidy bedding. Thumbs up! The bathroom was clean and neat, with no unpleasant odors. The hotel environment is beautiful, with good air quality, and the rooms are impeccably clean and charmingly decorated. They have plenty of amenities for children, and even the toiletries come in cute spaceship packaging. The kids absolutely loved it! There are many staff members, which is great, and overall, the service was excellent – very attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy, and features new facilities. The design is wonderful, and the children really enjoyed it. The location is prime, with convenient transportation, being close to both the high-speed rail station and the airport. Overall, it's very good. The elevators are efficient, which is a plus. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely stay here again! Luggage storage was convenient. The room was spacious and bright, with good lighting, and was clean and tidy with all necessary facilities. The children's toiletries were also exquisitely cute. The soundproofing was good, and the bedding was adorable and comfortable – very satisfying. Whether you want to go shopping in the city center or enjoy the Zhuhai resort area, this hotel is perfectly located. The drivers are helpful and efficient, making our trip easy and convenient. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport, with extremely convenient transportation and all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea. The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care. Our stay was absolutely perfect. I rarely give full marks, but for 800 yuan for Regency Club access, what more could you ask for? Thank goodness for the owner's initial aggressive expansion. Even though the hotel has been open for six or seven years, everything still looks new, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Hyatt's design, as always, is superb; this particular hotel's design is truly outstanding. Both the rooms and public areas have a great vibe. The dining is also quite good, with plenty of variety and well-prepared dishes—definitely up to standard for a five-star hotel. The happy hour is one of the best I've experienced in this category, offering three hot dishes, soup, congee, and a noodle station. The alcoholic drinks are decent. The service is excellent, and I'd like to specially thank Victoria, Emily, and Olivia. They even decorated my room and sent a small cake and fruit platter, although I was too full after happy hour to eat much of it.

The best hotel in Hengqin right now! I've pretty much stayed at all the hotels in Hengqin, from the cheapest apartments near the port to the ***gel, K***att, H***ton, and C***ty International hotels. This Hotel No. 5 is currently the best experience I've had. It's newly opened, affordable, has spacious and clean rooms, and is conveniently located next to a shopping mall for food and drinks. Compared to Hengqin C***ty International, which is purely an apartment conversion and doesn't feel like a hotel at all. The rooms are smaller and more expensive – how do they even manage that? It's completely different from the City International hotels in Beijing or Shanghai. If you're only considering price, just stay in a cheap apartment in Hengqin. But if you're looking for a balance of value for money and comfort, choose this place! Trust me on this one.

The room was quite spacious, and my kids loved it. The disposable amenities were clean and hygienic. The hotel is conveniently located near a food street, offering a variety of seafood and Cantonese dishes. As northerners, we enjoyed seafood for two days straight! One evening, it started pouring while we were eating, and the hotel owner came to bring us umbrellas – truly excellent service. They also have a washing machine and dryer, which was a lifesaver with the kids getting their clothes dirty every day from sweating.

She approached us with a gentle and pleasant smile, and her attitude was enthusiastic without being overbearing. Even my elderly companions, watching from a distance, couldn't help but praise her kindness and her incredibly charming smile. The hotel's overall decor style is highly recognizable, with a unique ambiance evident everywhere. During check-in, Filbo patiently explained that the hotel's design concept revolves around the 'Tree of Life,' a clever idea integrated into everything from the lobby decorations and corridor layouts to the details in the guest rooms. After her introduction, we slowly looked around the space, and the more we explored, the more we appreciated the thoughtful design, which kept our sense of novelty high. The guest room design also perfectly echoed the 'Tree of Life' theme. The soft furnishings were gentle and natural, and the overall space was clean, spacious, and had excellent natural light. My elderly family members didn't feel cramped at all. Filbo noticed that we had elderly companions and provided exceptionally thoughtful care throughout. She proactively considered their mobility issues and immediately provided anti-slip mats and special slippers, addressing potential slipping hazards from every angle without us even needing to ask. On our second day, we planned to visit Ocean Kingdom. Worried about the hassle of taking a taxi and waiting with elderly people, Filbo proactively helped us pre-book the hotel's shuttle bus. She clearly informed us of the departure times and waiting locations, saving us the trouble of finding a taxi or waiting in line, which doubled the ease of traveling with seniors. When we were packing for check-out, we already felt sufficiently satisfied with our stay. To our surprise, after leaving the hotel, we received a special sachet as a small farewell gift. This small item was full of thoughtfulness, a sudden pleasant surprise that made our whole family feel incredibly warm. Objectively speaking, the hotel's hardware, thematic design, and location are all advantageous. However, what truly made Hotel Indigo Hengqin stand out and become exceptionally unique was the delicate and personalized service provided by the staff. Filbo was genuinely caring and thoughtful throughout, anticipating our needs and considering our travel concerns from a guest's perspective. She was patient and gentle with the elderly, and every detail reflected genuine sincerity. Whether for a simple vacation or, like us, traveling with elderly family members, this hotel is an excellent choice. With its outstanding environmental design complemented by such excellent and warm service, the overall stay experience was impeccable. The next time we visit Hengqin, Hotel Indigo Hengqin will still be our top choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning to visit Chimelong!

Bringing my child to a competition near Chimelong this time, choosing this guesthouse was truly a wise decision! The room decor was cozy and adorable, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. My child especially loved the decorations and dolls in the room. The competition ended late, and the customer service was very thoughtful to allow a late check-out. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

For travelers visiting Zhuhai and Macau, I highly recommend the Bali Resort Apartment. It's incredibly convenient, located very close to Hengqin Port – it only takes 10-15 minutes from the apartment to clear customs. There are also many bus routes nearby, offering excellent connectivity, and the light rail provides direct access to Gongbei Port, Qingmao Port, and Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station. When it comes to dining, there are plenty of great options right downstairs and in the vicinity, catering to both casual and more upscale tastes. Macau University and Hengqin Wharf are nearby, and you're just a stone's throw away from Macau, with views across the water. The host is also very welcoming, and the apartment is well-equipped with all necessities. The room itself is clean and spacious, and from the large bay window, you can see various entertainment venues on Taipa Island. Staying here is great value for money – it's absolutely fantastic!

The room is spacious, the location is integrated within the mall, and it is near to go to anywhere. We went to Chimelong by taking buses and taxi via DIDI apps. Tips: You need to install WeChat application in advance, so you can message the management when you already arrive and they will tell you your room number and the password to access it. We communicate with them via WeChat without seeing their faces, not even once.
