The hotel was impeccably clean, and toiletries were well-stocked. The bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation. There was ample parking available in the resort area. The hotel's exterior design was unique, and the interior lobby was filled with ocean-themed elements. The lobby itself was uniquely designed and exquisitely decorated, creating a vibrant atmosphere, and the facilities were comprehensive. The children absolutely loved it. The hotel staff were attentive, warm, and courteous, always meeting our needs promptly. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was soft and pristine, and even the children's toiletries were thoughtfully prepared and adorable. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bedding was cute and comfortable. Mini slippers and bathrobes were also provided. The hotel offered many entertainment options suitable for children. Our trip to Zhuhai Chimelong was filled with pleasant surprises, thanks to the Spaceship Hotel. Its exterior exuded a strong futuristic and space-themed vibe. The interior lobby was spacious and grand, beautifully decorated to reflect a whimsical ocean theme, with a well-planned layout that put us at ease. The elevators were fast and efficient. The room facilities were excellent, with a wet and dry separated bathroom and comprehensive toiletries. Even the towels had cute submarine embroideries. The hotel's entertainment facilities were also incredibly rich. The ball pit in the lobby and the Spaceship Park allowed the children to play to their hearts' content and enjoy a wonderful time. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; it was spotless, and the bedding was soft and pristine, offering maximum comfort. The bedding was also cute and comfortable, and slippers and bathrobes were provided. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and professional. Whether answering questions or providing assistance, their service made us feel incredibly well-cared for.

Pros: Hardware & Rooms: The hotel is not new, but it was recently renovated. Facilities meet standards well. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and our request for a room with a bathtub was fulfilled. Cleanliness: Satisfactory hygiene and cleanliness standards. Cons (Software/Service falls short of 5-star standard): Inconvenient Rooftop Bar: The rooftop bar could have been a highlight, but it surprisingly doesn't open every day. During our 2-night stay, it was closed on Day 1, and heavy rain on Day 2 forced us to abandon the idea altogether. Lack of Staff Training: Staff lack basic knowledge and professionalism. When asked about the location of the Cross-Boundary Shuttle Bus (which is right next to the connected mall), the staff simply said they didn't know instead of checking or helping. Inconvenient Food Delivery: No room delivery robots. Guests must pick up food deliveries at the lobby concierge. There are no clear signs, making it confusing to find the pickup spot. Poor Service Attitude: At the lobby ice cream/waffle counter, I asked about the closing time. The staff dismissively replied, ”Closing very soon, and I still have 4 customers waiting.” She completely avoided answering the question, giving the impression she just wanted to rush off work. Slow & Unhelpful Staff: Overall, the service is slow, inefficient, and unhelpful toward guests. Final Verdict: Due to these software and service shortcomings, we were left unhappy with our experience and disappointed with the Hyatt 5-star brand. We will not consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

They upgraded our room for free! It was a one-bedroom suite, very clean, and the entire stay was pleasant and reassuring. I really liked the room's layout too; it was simple and fresh. All the facilities were complete, and the hygiene was meticulously done. Overall, a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!!!! I accidentally burned myself with a curling iron, called them, and they immediately sent burn cream to my door. I'll definitely stay here again!

Located on Tianmu Qintai Island, the hotel is surrounded by water, and its architecture is highly recognizable. As an InterContinental Indigo property, the facilities are brand new, and the overall design is filled with a natural ambiance. The river view rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views. The rooms are spacious, and include an entryway vanity, a separate wet and dry bathroom, smart curtains, soft bedding, and a quiet environment, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The 17th floor offers an indoor heated swimming pool and a gym with scenic views. Getting around is very convenient, with a complimentary on-site parking lot, making it very car-friendly.

A mixed bag. The good: We were able to check in before 12 PM, and the front desk upgraded us to two high-floor elegant rooms, which was great. The rooms were new, I loved the smart controls, and the king-sized beds were incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, no mosquitoes! The downside: The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible!!! At 1 AM, we were woken up by noisy kids and adults returning next door. They had no manners. I had to call the front desk to send someone up to get them to quiet down. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel choice if you're visiting Chang Long theme parks with children.

This hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

The location is excellent, very close to Hengqin Port and Zhuhai Chimelong. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining options, including Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, Burger King, McDonald's, and several local Guangdong eateries right outside. The service is warm and friendly. Breakfast offers a good selection: noodles, steamed buns, multi-grain stir-fried rice noodles, fried rice, vegetables, fruits, coffee, milk, soy milk, beef balls, and fish balls.

The room was quite spacious, and my kids loved it. The disposable amenities were clean and hygienic. The hotel is conveniently located near a food street, offering a variety of seafood and Cantonese dishes. As northerners, we enjoyed seafood for two days straight! One evening, it started pouring while we were eating, and the hotel owner came to bring us umbrellas – truly excellent service. They also have a washing machine and dryer, which was a lifesaver with the kids getting their clothes dirty every day from sweating.

As a designer who appreciates aesthetics, I've been staying here several times a year since the hotel opened. It's centrally located in Hengqin, making transportation very convenient. The environment is absolutely superb; close-up, you have the hotel's own garden, and just beyond that is a tributary of the Hengqin Tianmu River. In the distance, you can see mountain views, making for a very quiet and relaxing stay.

The hotel is super close to the park entrance, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel environment is also excellent; as soon as you step in, you get a strong family-friendly vibe. Everything is exquisite, and the facilities are brand new. Great environment, great service. Check-in was very organized, with all necessary information provided. Check-out was super easy, just self-returning the key card. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Waking up in the morning, I could see the amusement park shrouded in mist from the room – a truly beautiful view.
