I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'm completely won over after staying here! I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers. What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness. They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful. From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

Landed near Chengdu Tianfu Airport and had a very satisfying two-night stay. The shuttle service was exceptional, definitely a big thumbs up! The front desk staff were also very warm and helpful, always responding promptly via WeChat. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have another layover in Tianfu!

The airport transfer service was convenient. The facilities are new, and the hygiene is excellent. The surroundings are great, with plenty of food options downstairs, making it highly recommended. It takes about half an hour to get to the airport. The hotel's location is superb, with high floors offering beautiful views. The hotel's service and facilities are also very thoughtful and complete, and the staff are very professional, making us feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel's facilities are luxurious and comfortable, especially the rooms and bedding.

The room is very cozy, with clean linens and toiletries. A phone charger is provided. Drinks, pastries, and snacks are available for purchase at reception and in the surrounding area. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they are happy to answer any questions. They speak excellent English and can arrange transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, both at night and during lunchtime (the ride is 5-10 minutes). Зарядное устройство для телефона предоставляется. На ресепшене и в округе можно приобрести напитки, булочки и снеки для перекуса. Персонал очень чуткий и отзывчивый и помогают во всех вопросах. Прекрасно говорят на английском, помогают с трансфером от аэропорта до отеля и обратно как в ночное время, так и в обеденное, ехать 5-10 минут. За свои деньги отличное место, рекомендуем👍

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

Everything went well, they picked us up from the Airport. Did early check in (8am ish) After check out, they transferred us back to the airport. It looks like a premium 5 star hotel. The place is amazing, everyone was warm. Will stay here again. The room is inside a fancy glass house.

We tried very much to communicate via translation apps. The staff was very eager to help me, but calling with other people continuously parallel on the phone.  I was a bit confused as I didn't get what I thought I would have booked on Trip.com. There was for example no breakfast buffet, instead I got two breads and a milk package.  and the room was also a different type, as they didn't have the availability. It was my first night in China and I felt like this was a bit a hotel for also doing different things as it's a bit more away from the city center and I had something on my night table, that I didn't expect. 

My stay here was nothing short of perfect, and I'm compelled to give it a full five-star review! I had pre-booked the airport transfer service, and while I was initially worried it might cause delays, the driver was perfectly on time, waiting exactly at the designated spot. Seeing our several large suitcases, he immediately and warmly came forward to assist us, helping us all the way to the hotel entrance. This prompt and thoughtful service instantly swept away all the fatigue from our journey. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff member was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all our questions, and the check-in process was very swift. She even proactively shared helpful information about local amenities around the hotel. Our first impression was absolutely stellar. Stepping into the room, I was completely blown away. The bed linens were sparkling clean and felt incredibly soft, the floors were so pristine you could comfortably walk barefoot, and the bathroom's glass door and sink were spotless, with not a single water stain. Even the mirror was polished to a brilliant shine. There was absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; all I wanted to do was lie down comfortably and relax. From the seamless transport coordination and meticulous service details to the core cleanliness of the accommodation, every single aspect was executed flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice the next time I'm in the area!

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.
