"We chose the Mantou Hotel because we had a flight from Tianfu Airport the next day. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Tianfu Airport's Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, making its location excellent. Although Mantou is in the distant suburbs of Chengdu, it has a rural charm with blooming wild flowers. The facilities are complete, including an elevator, umbrellas, bath towels, and slippers, and the bedding is brand new. Aside from some stains on the hallway carpet, the room was very clean and spacious. There's a rocking chair in front of the room, which is quite romantic under the bougainvillea. It's especially worth mentioning that the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, helping to arrange transfers without any delay. It was free and on time, which was very thoughtful. As an economy hotel for transit guests, it's perfectly adequate. Although breakfast was a bit simple, it's highly recommended."

"Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. "The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service. It's clean and hygienic, meeting IHG's standards. The surroundings are very quiet, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which is really handy. The staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming."

"An unexpectedly great stay! The room was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The toiletries were mild and effective, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing body lotion and conditioner. There were plenty of charging ports by the bed, and the internet was stable and fast. The windows were even electric – I just had to call out to ”Xiao Du” (the smart assistant) to open them. On a sunny day, watching the ocean from the room was incredibly therapeutic and perfect for photos too!"

"Five-star quality for a three-star price. Truly excellent. My flight to Australia was late, and they even extended my check-out time for free. The free shuttle bus to the airport takes only ten minutes, and it's clean, unlike some hotel shuttles that smell like smoke. It's also convenient to take a taxi to the airport north metro station (7 minutes) and order takeout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover."

"On the last day of my trip to Chengdu, my plans changed due to the weather, so I had to find a new hotel at the last minute. I stumbled upon this place and was really impressed by the photos. It's also not far from the airport, so I booked a room. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised – what a fantastic deal! The hotel has a beautiful, elegant garden design. The lobby is grand and opulent, and the staff were all very kind and polite. The hallways are spacious, and the room itself was huge. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent too. For breakfast, there was a great variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, all well-balanced and nutritious."

"We booked a triple room, which is quite rare and hard to find, so we were really lucky to find one near the airport. It even came with breakfast! That was a pleasant surprise, we're grateful. There are plenty of food options outside that are open late. The shower had great pressure and hot water, very comfortable. There's an airport pick-up service, but you might have to wait a while. The morning drop-off is on the hour, so you need to plan your time accordingly. A taxi to the city center costs almost a hundred."

"Returning from an overseas business trip, I booked a by-the-hour room. My flight landed in China at 5 AM, and check-in was supposed to be at 8 AM. The hotel offered a free airport pickup, and we arrived around 6 AM. The front desk lady saw it was a bit chilly that morning and allowed us to check in early. She also extended our check-out by an hour, and we got complimentary breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. What's more, it even had an electric blanket, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who's always cold! I've stayed in many hotels, but this was truly an amazing experience. A fantastic hotel, highly recommend!"
