"We got the lovely queen room with the bath, the room look led exactly like the picture and it had a 75inch tv! All the staff were amazing and helpful and breakfast was decent with hot and cold selection! there was two issues we had on our short stay. 1. We had no electricity for 5/6 hours this was a bit annoying as we couldn’t charge any of our devices especially since we had work and it hit 40c in the room so extremely hot. It seemed that it was only one side of the hotel with no electricity (the buildings are old but we did pay for a premium room) it would have been nice to be offered extended check out for inconvenience 2. Leaving luggage - it was great that we could leave our luggage to explore Pompeii however we were told someone was coming to put it somewhere safe, when we returned the bags were left in the same spot right next to an accessible door it would have been devastating to have our belongings taken"

An expectedly wonderful stay! It was only like 3 minute walk from the central station. I feel quite safe as there were quite often policeman patrolling. There is a supermarket very nearby which you can get all the necessities. The hotel was clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. And even the breakfast included was superb and tasty. The most important is the price is very reasonable. I would recommend to everyone who will travel to Naples, especially first timer travelers or family travelers who look for somewhere convenient, safe and comfortable.

When I arrived at the hotel, I exchanged LINE IDs with the front desk staff (hotel LINE ID), and was able to get all the information I needed, which was very convenient. The hotel is located very close to Naples Central Station (the hotel entrance is a little hard to find ※Google Maps says I've arrived, but I still wandered around for a while 😅), but once I found the entrance, it was incredibly convenient. The room with the volcano view was also wonderful! (There was also a thrill in wondering if Mt. Vesuvius would erupt 🍀)

Very good value for money room, the hotel is very close to the train station, less than ten minutes walk, but because the room is in a building, the first time I came to the front desk, I couldn't find it. Fortunately, someone downstairs pointed out that I found it on the fourth floor. The rooms are also there. The elevator is the old-fashioned elevator in Europe. The room floor is very high. It feels loose compared to some other hotels. There is no depression. There is also a small balcony. From the balcony through the train station, you can see the Vesuvius volcano in the distance. This time I booked a room with breakfast. Breakfast is my own choice on a list. If you want to eat, you can choose a lot of breakfast 😁

Hotel is small but comfortable. Bed linen, towel all new. Located right next to the station. Elevator is paid, prepare 20 cents. Not very lucky with neighbors. All evening walked knocking doors and shouting. The morning was also heard noise from the street. A code is needed for settlement.
