LLin CCTHAOThe owner /manager are very kind and contact us through WhatsApp, he is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The room is renovated, clean, new, comfort, and large. He allowed us to leave our luggage with him 2 days for free. The location is near Metropolitan Central. Will recommend it to my friend who come Napoli. 10/10. The property is self check in and not difficult.

11234567890123456789Incredibly friendly staff and hostel culture, with optional but extremely affordable €5 dinner provided (on top of the included breakfast). A refrigerator is available for use, and there's even some free bites available at times.
Lovely hostel culture, with a ”bar” of sorts open in the evening.
Staff was incredibly helpful, available 24 hours, and provided a whole slew of services, including offering an affordable taxi service at a fixed rate, even at ungodly hours. They even provided me a map of Naples alongside recommended sites to visit, each with detailed explanations.
Optional laundry was €7, I believe, although I did not employ it.
Hand soap provided in the toilets, of which there are many.
The ONLY drawback is the location which is up a hill, and I had the fortune of visiting during Easter Sunday when the nearest station wasn't operating, so it was some 20 nonstop mins of dragging my luggage up an increasingly steep slope.
Honestly way too good for the price, especially the staff! Can't say enough good things about them.

TTianshangdexingxing，yishanyishanThe homestay is in the old town of Spain, the facilities are average, and tourists are not recommended to stay in this fast area. The owner of the homestay was very friendly, the room was cleaned very clean, and he helped us with our luggage. It takes a short uphill road to reach the homestay. The room is on the 2nd floor. It is inconvenient to have no elevator. If you drive by yourself, don't choose this area. There is no parking space. The road is super difficult to drive. I am afraid of thinking about it. Caravaggio's seven good deeds are beautiful. The people in Naples are very friendly and welcoming.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in the world, with breakfast included, TV, washing machine, arcade and other entertainment facilities mentioned in the reviews in the public space, the staff is as friendly as friends, which reminds me of the atmosphere of Friends. I think it is worth coming here. I was refreshed when I saw the reviews of the hotel. It is so satisfying. Even though I am very introverted, I am fascinated by the atmosphere between people here and want to integrate into their feelings. It is really worth coming here. It is really worth it. I feel like I am on TV☺️ (like Friends is about the same as being on TV, maybe because I am Chinese, the culture of other countries is still too far away and too fresh for me.), I am very happy, it warmed my lonely journey to a foreign country and took in the wandering me. I am also very happy to come here. Unfortunately, my foreign language is not good, so I can't express these words to the hotel owners, so I can't say more and more thanks for the invitation. Anyway, I am very happy and wish this hotel a long life, and there will always be sunshine at the gate. 🌻
(Also: This place is a little cool, if you like the American cool feel, you can come and try it.)

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great, convenient location. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff for their warm hospitality and honesty. When I checked out, I accidentally left my wallet behind. As soon as I realized it and went back, every single cent was still there. Their team is incredibly trustworthy and reliable!

GGuest UserThe location is in a luxury boutique town and is very safe. The main street is a boutique town and the street of the building where you stay is a restaurant town.
Two reasons for making it 2 in the facilities. 1. Because of the restaurant area, music can be heard until 1 o'clock, and the sound of the bottle recovery is noisy at 5 o'clock in the morning. 2, amenities are provided with a pouch with shampoo and body soap, and there is no amenities.
Also, the cleanliness is that the sheets on the first day smell of sweat, the dirt on the futon cover on the second day, and everything else is beautiful.
In addition, since there are 11 rooms in this residence, it may not be particularly concerned depending on the location of the room.

IIra_proOverall, it's not bad for a nap before an early flight. There's a bathroom with a shower and toilet, but no toiletries, and I didn't find any towels either.
The bed is okay, and the cabin is fairly clean.

GGuest UserI could not find the hotel, in fact its not a hotel its some rooms inside the building. I could not contact the property and it was rainy and cold I stayed in another place. TRIP service could not help me to receive refund, and they proposed a little compensation with trip coins. I booked a hotel with booking because it had a better price. Usually I use only trip, but this time it was not fortune.
