"Location is near train central station and 8 minutes walking to hotel. Hotel has 5 rooms at Fifth floor in an old building. You need to access main door, then entering to another gate for elevator, and you need pin number to open the hotel door. We MUST call the owner for arrangements in advance to get pin number and checkin time. Room is good size ,clean but towels need to be improved. We put towels in the washing basin but not changing for us. We stayed 4 nights and walking to tourist attractions within 30 minutes or you can take metro line1 ."

"The train station can be reached by the hotel subway. Ask in advance which exit from the subway, not far from the subway. Next to the hotel is a big supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. Kitchenware is complete and you can cook. Not far from the palace seaside and the Maradona wall, 30 minutes walk from the museum. The room was newly renovated, not too tasteful, clean and spacious. The hotel is very safe. "The entire hotel is beautiful, a converted monastery house offering accommodation and breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided as much assistance as possible. The hotel is very close to the sea; you can see the ocean just by turning left outside the hotel, and the sea is also visible from the room windows. Overall, highly recommended. The hotel is located in the Vamero district, a very safe and comfortable residential area. It's very close to the famous Castel Sant'Emo, a maximum 20-minute walk, which leads to the Castel Sant'Emo and the Monastery Museum. From there, you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and Naples city center. The hotel's location is excellent. The nearest metro station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. There are shopping streets nearby with many delicious restaurants and pizzerias. It's very safe, and the locals are very friendly. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's front desk staff, Simona and Tommaso, were extremely friendly. On our first day in the area, they provided maps and detailed sightseeing suggestions. There was a slight issue that evening—the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff kindly brought extra blankets and quilts, and told us they would fix it the next day, or we could change rooms if necessary. We didn't have time to mention it to the front desk when we left the next day, but when we returned to the hotel that evening, the air conditioning was fixed! We were pleasantly surprised and felt very warm. Thank you to the staff, thank you Simona! Also, we had booked a 1.3-meter double bed through Ctrip, but my child and I aren't used to sleeping in double beds. I called the front desk, but I couldn't explain it clearly in English. Tommaso at the front desk emailed me to confirm if we needed twin beds. Then, when I checked into the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared a twin room for me. It was so thoughtful. "Ottima struttura situata nei pressi del centro. Fermata della metro a due passi molto comoda. Stanza al quinto piano di un palazzo, molto pulita e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Stanno costruendo l’ascensore quindi sicuramente in futuro sarà ancora più comodo."

"Service was amazing. Luciano was great and friendly. He helped us with the early check-in and Oriana (we spoke with her just through phone) was amazing too. The lady cleaning and working there was great too: Patrizia was too nice and I am just too sad that I forgot to leave her a big tip. Area is not central but still amazing. Calmer than other areas and nicer for sure. You can easily reach any other part of the city. Also, there are many restaurants and bar close. For us it was also perfect since it is right by the American Embassy, that is where we needed to go. Coffee machine in the common area was also amazing. Best choice and the price was amazing too. I will definitely go back again."
