"First off, the location is fantastic, right on a street next to the train station. The Alibus stops on the hotel's side, while the shared taxis are on the other. It's only a three to five-minute walk to the station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and there are many room types available, including hotel rooms, hostel dorms, and student accommodation all within the same building. Service: The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, meeting hostel service standards. They're very responsive and thorough in answering any questions. Facilities: Don't expect much here. The bed is too soft, the pillows are too soft, and from the second day onwards, there was no water. No slippers or toothbrushes were provided either. You can't even buy slippers, but you might have some luck if you chat with the front desk a bit more ๐Ÿ˜‚"

"This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience."

"The stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone . For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator There is air-conditioning, good noise isolation"

"The room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a โ‚ฌ5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit."

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."

"The staff's English was fluent and accent-free, making communication a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Naples promenade with plenty of dining options nearby. There's a metro station right downstairs; if you're heading to Pompeii, it's a direct one-hour ride without needing to change at the central station, which is super convenient. Getting to the city center only takes about 20 minutes, and it's away from the noise and less safe areas around the main train station, so the location is pretty good overall. The continental breakfast offered a decent variety and good value for money. I especially loved the breakfast room's rich, retro, almost Art Deco vibe. The rooms were reasonably spacious, but both rooms we were assigned had a step-down right inside the entrance, which you need to be careful of, especially when entering or getting up at night, to avoid tripping. Also, since it's an old building that's been converted, there's only one small elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with multiple people, as you can't all go up at once. Other than these minor points, everything else was quite good."

"The hotel room is quite spacious, and the decor is nice. It's also relatively clean. The only downside is that the shower and bathtub are combined in the bathroom, which made me a bit worried about slipping. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the station, making it very convenient. There are even police officers stationed at the hotel entrance, which made me feel quite secure. I'd recommend staying here if you're traveling by train early in the morning or late at night."
